(MOORESVILLE, NC) November 3, 2011 – Currently sitting 5th in the driver’s standings for the 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series, Reed Sorenson and MacDonald Motorsports have secured sponsorship for the remainder of the season. “We’re so happy to have Burtin Polymer Laboratories on board as the primary sponsor for Reed,” said Randy MacDonald. “The relationships that we have with the people at Burtin Polymer Labs have made this opportunity available and we hope to have an exciting finish to the season with them.”

“I really appreciate the folks at Burtin Polymer Laboratories coming on board supporting me for these final three races, explained Sorenson. “We had a strong run at Texas and I’m looking forward to these last two races with The Bullet Liner and Foametix on the race car.

Bullet Liner® products are primarily used for pickup truck beds, tailgates, wheel wells and other similar vehicle protection applications. Also, part of the impressive line of Burtin Polymer Labs products is Foametix® Spray Foam Insulation, which is a series of light density, polyurethane spray-applied foam insulation systems designed for residential and commercial / industrial building applications. About MacDonald Motorsports

The MacDonald family name has been in the racing circles since owner, Randy MacDonald, started his own driving career in the 1980’s. The provisions made by Randy’s father, Merril “Doc” MacDonald, and mother Pat helped Randy start racing professionally and establish his own company. Randy’s father Doc helped him create business relationships and carry out other important functions of the team until finishing his own race in March of 2007. Despite his death, Doc’s impact on the team will not end, as MacDonald Motorsports continues on in his honor and memory.
