ROCKINGHAM, N.C. (March 7, 2011) – Rockingham Speedway announced today that Budweiser will be returning as the official beer of “The Rock” in 2011.

“We couldn’t be more excited about having Budweiser back at ‘The Rock’ as our official beer sponsor,” said Rockingham Speedway President Andy Hillenburg. “Anheuser Busch and (distributor) R.A. Jeffreys have been great partners with us here at Rockingham and with them on board, it’s shaping up to be a great 2011.

“In the past, this partnership has given us the opportunity to offer some great beer deals to our race fans. We hope to be able to continue this in 2011.”

Racing action returns to Rockingham Speedway as the Chump Car Series invades the infield road course on March 12 and 13 and the Legends and Bandoleros hit the Little Rock on March 13. Cars of the USAR Pro Cup and the UARA Late Model Series hit the one-mile Rockingham Speedway on May 14 for the Carolina 200.
