Polar Bear 150 Practice This Saturday at Rockingham Speedway

“Grandstands to be open to public, no admission charged”
ROCKINGHAM, N.C. (October 19, 2011) – The cars of the Frank Kimmel Street Stock Nationals (FKSSN) roar into Rockingham Speedway Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011 for an open practice for the November 26 running of the Polar Bear 150.
Fans are encouraged to come out as the grandstands will be open for spectators. No admission will be charged for the practice session.
“If you have never seen the street stocks, I highly recommend that you come out and watch this practice on Saturday,” said Rockingham Speedway President Andy Hillenburg. “It is such a fun series and they always put on a great show.”
Gates open Saturday at 10 a.m. for fans.
After Saturday’s test, racing returns to Rockingham Speedway with the American 200 on Nov. 4-5. The race weekend kicks off on Friday, Nov. 4, with pole day for the CARS Pro Cup Series and the UARA-Stars Late Model Series. Both series will crown their 2011 champion at Rockingham Speedway on Satuday, Nov. 5.
