RCR at the Brickyard … In 17 previous Sprint Cup Series races at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, RCR has posted two poles (Kevin Harvick 2003 and Jeff Burton 2006), two wins (Dale Earnhardt 1995 and Harvick 2003),10 top-five and 22 top-10 finishes in 43 starts. RCR Chevrolets have also been atop the leaderboard for a total of 241 laps and have been running at the finish of every Brickyard 400, dating back to the inaugural race in 1994.

200 Wins for RCR … Austin Dillon’s third-career victory in Friday night’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Nashville Superspeedway gave RCR its 200th overall win since the organization’s inception in 1969. The Welcome, N.C.-based operation now owns 175 points-paying victories and 25 special event triumphs in NASCAR’s top-three national touring series.

RCR drivers to participate in NASCAR’s largest autograph session of 2011 … On Saturday, July 30, Menard, Harvick, Burton and Bowyer will take part in the largest autograph session of the 2011 NSCS season. The RCR drivers will participate in the first session from 12-12:45 p.m. and located in the Indianapolis Motor Speedway infield Pavilion Room 1C, adjacent to the Pagoda Plaza. The session is exclusive to Brickyard 400 Race Day ticketholders and wristband distribution starts at 9 a.m. in the Pagoda Plaza. The Collective RCR … Over the season’s first 19 races, RCR’s four Sprint Cup Series entries have notched three wins, 12 top-five and 23 top-10 finishes. The No. 31 team kicked off the 2011 season with a non-points win in the second Duel 150 qualifying race at Daytona International Speedway. The No. 29 team visited Victory Lane at Auto Club Speedway in March and backed that up with a win the following weekend at Martinsville Speedway. In May, Harvick and the No. 29 team visited Winner’s Circle at Charlotte Motor Speedway, claiming the checkers in one of NASCAR’s marquee events – the Coca-Cola 600. RCR-prepared Chevrolets have also completed 21,620 out of 22,384 total laps (96.6 percent) with drivers Clint Bowyer, Burton, Harvick and Paul Menard, who have led a combined 482 laps. At least one RCR driver has led laps in each of the season’s first 19 events with the lone exceptions being Kansas Speedway, Pocono Raceway and Kentucky Speedway.

Get to the Points … Following the Sprint Cup Series race at Loudon, Harvick ranks fourth in the championship point standings and is only 15 markers outside of the top spot. Bowyer remains 12th and is 28 points in arrears to the top-10 cutoff with seven races remaining before the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup commences. Menard and Burton are 19th and 25th, respectively, in the rundown where the driver of the Menards Chevrolet is a mere 17 markers away from cracking the top 15 while the driver of the Caterpillar Chevrolet is 55 points outside of Mark Martin’s 20th-place tally.
