Dennis Connor Joins Winfield Motorsports As Director of Competition
Press ReleaseMOORESVILLE, N.C. (Oct. 3, 2011) - Winfield Motorsports LLC is proud to announce the addition of Dennis Connor to the team. Connor will serve as the Director of Competition at Winfield Motorsports and will oversee the day to day performance needs of the team.
Connor brings 30 years of experience in NASCAR to Winfield Motorsports. He has worked with some of the most legendary names in the sport including; Cale Yarborough, Richard Childress, Lake Speed, Neil Bonnett, David Pearson, Tim Richmond, Greg Sacks, and Jack Sprague with whom he guided to three Camping World Truck Series Championships. “Dennis’ 30 years of experience is an exceptional boost to our already solid team” says CEO/Principal partner Rob Winfield.
Winfield Motorsports LLC was established in 2011 fielding the #27 in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. The team will be announcing sponsorship and the driver lineup in the coming weeks
