- For the second time this season, Joe Denette Motorsports will field two NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) entries. Jason White will pilot the No. 23 GunBroker.com Chevrolet and Elliott Sadler will pilot the No. 24 Virginia Lottery Chevrolet.

- Fall Forward… The NCWTS has been visiting Martinsville Speedway twice a year since 2003. With eight starts in the series, White’s record in the fall by far surpasses his spring record:

Spring- Average Start, 27.8. Average Finish, 22.8

Fall- Average Start 15.0. Average Finish, 8.0

- Of the three different types of tracks; superspeedway, intermediate and short tracks, White has led the most laps on a short track. Of the 177 laps he’s led in the series, 137 of them were notched on a short track.

In Good Company: White will make his 127th NCWTS start in this weekend’s Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. However, the series veteran is still looking for his elusive first NASCAR win. White would like to join an impressive list of drivers that got their first NCWTS win at Martinsville; Bobby Hamilton (2000), Scott Riggs (2001), Jamie McMurray (2004), Bobby Labonte (2005), Ricky Craven (2005) and Timothy Peters (2009).

Martinsville Minute: White will make his ninth start at Martinsville Speedway in this weekend’s Kroger 200. The Richmond, Virginia native has led seven laps en route to one top-five finish (fourth, October, 2010), has an average start of 23.0 coupled with an average finish of 18.5 and has completed 97.3 percent of laps attempted (1809 of 1860).

Last Time Atop the Charts: Crew chief Chad Kendrick has one win to his credit at Martinsville Speedway. Kendrick called the shots for Timothy Peters in 2009 at Red Horse Racing when Peters led the most laps en route to his first NCWTS victory.

Welcome Home: Joe Denette, owner of Joe Denette Motorsports, joins White, as a Virginia native. Denette, a Fredericksburg, VA native, still currently resides in “The Old Dominion State.” However, White, a Richmond native, currently resides in Huntersville, N.C., near the team’s race shop.

Whatcha Haulin?: White will pilot “JDM08,” in Saturday afternoon’s Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. This chassis was last seen at Bristol Motor Speedway (August) when teammate Elliott Sadler captured the pole, led 53 laps and finished ninth.

Get to the Point: Following a fifth-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway for White and Joe Denette Motorsports, the No. 23 GunBroker.com Chevrolet is up one position to 19th in the 2011 NCWTS owner point standings. White is up one position to 16th in the 2011 NCWTS driver point standings.

“Fresh off a top-five finish, I have a lot of momentum coming into Martinsville. As a Virginia native, it’s a track I really enjoy coming to. The track is small, narrow and flat and when you get 35 other trucks out there at one time, it’s a recipe for great racing. The key to success at the tight, half-mile bullring will be patience. The layout will cause a lot of carnage and if we can survive, I think we will have a good shot at the end.”
