It has been since 2008 that NSCS regular, Denny Hamlin, has strapped himself into a NCWTS truck, and on Saturday at Martinsville Speedway, Hamlin captured his first series career win with victory in the Kroger 200.

Coming in second behind Hamlin (who became the 23rd driver to win in all three of NASCAR’s national series) was Ron Hornaday, Jr., and they were followed by Austin Dillon (who remains the series points leader with an 11-point lead over James Buescher) finishing in third, Johnny Sauter fourth and Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender, Joey Coulter finishing in fifth.

Rounding out the top-ten finishing positions were Kevin Harvick finishing in sixth, Cale Gale finishing seventh, Timothy Peters eighth, Brendan Gaughan ninth and James Buescher finishing in the tenth position.
