ARCA Teams Testing at Mobile International Speedway on Friday

Las Vegas native Spencer Gallagher will pilot the Clark-Diederich Racing Teams entry for the ARCA-Mobile 200 and will be making his first trip to Alabama’s “Fastest Half Mile”. “We’re really pumped up about testing at Mobile,” said Gallagher. “Our hauler has already left headed for Mobile and we’re right behind it.”
Lafayette Louisiana’s Buster Graham will be behind the wheel for Team BCR Racing on Friday. A former Hydroplane racer Graham will make his first short track appearance for Team BCR at the ARCA-Mobile 200 in March.
The track will be open for testing at 8:00 AM. There will be break at Noon with lunch provided for credentialed Media. Testing will resume at 1:00 and the track will close at 5:00. The grandstands will be open free to the public all day.
The Flag at the Speedway will fly at half mast on Friday in memory of ARCA co-founder Mildred Marcum. Mrs. Marcum’s funeral services are slated for Friday at 11:00 in Monroe, Michigan. “Mr. & Mrs. Marcum made quite a pair and look at the opportunities they have created for so many people to be involved in racing. As ARCA starts it’s 60th year the Marcum’s legacy has never been brighter. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Marcum family,” offered Rick Crawford, MIS Manager/Promoter.
