LENGTH: 1.058-mile oval

RADIO: PRN (3:30 p.m. EST)
Cole Whitt, No 88 TaxSlayer.com Chevrolet
“Last week I had one of the best superspeedway cars I’ve ever driven. It’s disappointing we didn’t have any-thing to show for it at the end of the race. But it does show how much our team is coming together. We’ve had some bad luck over the past couple weeks, but we know we’re a top 10 team and we’re working on be-coming a top five team, so that’s our goal moving for-ward.
“Loudon really isn’t one of my favorite tracks. I’m much more comfortable on the faster tracks with more banking. But that’s what makes the Nationwide schedule unique, the fact that you go to a variety of tracks. I do have some experience there in the trucks and the K&N Series, so the track’s not new to me, it’s just not one of my favorites.”

“It’s kind of amazing to think that I don’t even notice it has been half a year of racing already. It does go quick. I like racing every weekend, actually. A weekend off makes me feel like I’ve been away for a really long time, even though that’s what I was used to IndyCar. I enjoy the schedule. To be honest, it’s everything else that keeps me really busy. It’s the stuff outside of the car that gets a little relentless at times. “I feel good on the year thus far. I think that the last two years served as a good starting ground for a busier schedule. I did 30 races through the past two years and now I’m doing 34 weekends. It’s not that much more, so I feel like it’s been a good transition.”

Notes
A PAIR OF TOP-FIVES – JR Motorsports finished last year’s race in New Hampshire by placing both its No. 88 and 7 team cars inside the top five. The effort marked the first time JRM teammates earned top fives in the Loudon event.
OF SECOND POLE - JR Motorsports earned its second organizational pole at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on June 28, 2008, with the No. 5 team. It was the second of the company’s seven career poles.
PATRICK RETURNS TO LOUDON - Patrick takes to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the first time since her 13-race rookie campaign in 2010. She made only her fourth Nationwide start at the track, where she finished 30th after tangling with a competitor on the race’s seventh circuit.
WHITT’S K&N EFFORTS AT THE MAGIC MILE – Whitt owns one top-five and one top-10 finish in two K&N Pro Series East
starts at New Hampshire. His average start is 7.0 and he’s led 15 laps in those two events.
DASH 4 CASH ROUND ONE – If drivers Danica Patrick and Cole Whitt are among the four highest finishing Nationwide Series
regulars at Loudon, they could be eligible for the second round of the Dash 4 Cash program. Dash 4 Cash is an on-track bonus program that rewards the highest finishing Nationwide Series regular in each of the next four consecutives races (New Hampshire, Chicagoland, Indianapolis and Iowa) with $100,000 bonus. It creates the potential for a $1 million payout to a single driver should they sweep all four of the program’s events. For a complete breakdown on the program and eligibility requirements visit www.nascar.com/dash4cash.
WHITT AUTOGRAPH SESSION – Whitt will sign autographs at the JR Nation merchandise hauler, located in the fan concourse
area, beginning at 1 p.m. EST on Saturday, July 14.

tickets are $25 and only 8,888 will be sold. The winner will be invited to JR Motorsports, where Dale Jr. will personally
hand over the keys of the car to the winner. Visit www.WinDaleJrsRide.com for more information and follow the Foundation’s Twitter account @TDJF.
