A Port Orange veterinary clinic is suing race car driver J.C. France, grandson of NASCAR’s founder, for an $18,000 vet bill they say is owed.
Even though France’s dog died.
Phantom was a 2-year-old boxer taken to Ravenswood Veterinary Clinic on Clyde Morris Boulevard on Aug. 17, according to court records.
The dog had eaten “a shish kabob stick,” France’s lawyer Dave Robinson said. - Full Story at the Daytona Beach News-Journal
