Younessi Racing Qualifies 13th for Freedom 100

This is the first oval race for the newly formed team. Ireland native Peter Dempsey qualified with a speed of 185.313 MPH.
“The car felt very good during the qualifying run,” said Dempsey. “The wind which picked up quite strongly as the session was proceeding really made the car move around. The Younessi Racing team did a great job in preparing the car. We are confident about our chances in the race.”
“The team gave Peter a good car for qualifying and he did his job well under windy and hot conditions, said owner / driver Rodin Younessi. ”The car and driver combination give us high expectations for the race. Our team has come a long way in a very short period of time racing against veteran teams But we will continue to push the needle \with a single goal of becoming the best”
