David Reutimann – No. 10 Chevrolet:

REUTIMANN AT KENTUCKY – Reutimann made his track debut in 2003 in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. In the NSCS debut at the speedway, Reutimann drove the No. 55 machine to a second-place finish from the 17th-place starting spot. He is ranked second in the field for quality passes at Kentucky Speedway. He has the sixth best driver rating and seventh best average running position. He compiled three top-10 finishes in eight NASCAR Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series starts at the track.

CHASSIS NO. 356 – Reutimann will pilot chassis No. 356, purchased from Richard Childress Racing in the off-season. Teammate Blaney drove the chassis last at Pocono Raceway. Reutimann drove the chassis at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Auto Club Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Kansas Speedway and Dover International Speedway this season. He had his best showing in the chassis at Texas Motor Speedway when he drove from the 31st starting spot to finish in 26th place. His best qualifying effort was at Kansas Speedway where he qualified in the 16th spot.

IN THE POINTS – The No. 10 Chevrolet is now 34th in the NSCS Owner Points and locked into the top-35 by 62 points. The TBR team is two points behind the No. 32 and three points ahead of the No. 36 TBR Chevrolet. Reutimann is 34th in NSCS Driver Points. He trails teammate Blaney by 21 points and leads J.J. ON RACING THIS WEEKEND – “I like mile and a half tracks. I ran well at Kentucky last year. I always liked the track, even when I raced there in the Nationwide and Truck Series. It’s a cool racetrack and one where I have ran well. I am really looking forward to being back in the No. 10 car this weekend too.”

Dave Blaney – No. 36 SealWrap Repair Tape Chevrolet:

BLANEY AT KENTUCKY – This weekend will mark Blaney’s second start at Kentucky Speedway. Last season, he started in the 32nd spot and finished in 33rd place driving for TBR. He also competed in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2007 at the speedway where he started 18th and finished in 15th place.

CHASSIS NO. 293 – Blaney will drive the No. 293 chassis, which he drove four times this season and five times during the 2011 season. The Harford, Ohio native’s best start with the No. 293 chassis was 17th at Richmond and best finish was 23rd at Phoenix this season. TBR purchased the chassis from Richard Childress Racing, where Jeff Burton drove the chassis prior to its debut with TBR.

SEALWRAP – SealWrap Repair Tape will back Blaney this weekend and at four more events throughout the season. SealWrap Repair Tape is designed for use in automotive repair, plumbing and electrical. It fixes and protects leaks or penetration from environmental elements. It is great for all those minor, do-it-yourself jobs around the house and garage. IN THE POINTS – The No. 36 team is now 35th in NSCS Owner Points and locked into the top-35 by 59 points. They trail the No. 10 TBR Chevrolet by three points. Blaney is 33rd in NSCS Driver Points. He is eight points behind Landon Cassill and 21 points ahead of teammate Reutimann.

Dave Blaney Quotes:

ON RACING AT KENTUCKY– “Racing last year at Kentucky in the Cup Series was really good. The track is wide which makes for good racing. The track is a mile-and-a-half track, but it is quite a bit different than any other mile-and-a-half track. It is flatter, bumpier and a different shape than most. And, I’m really excited to watch Ryan get back to racing in the Nationwide Series this weekend.”

About Tommy Baldwin Racing:

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) Crew Chief Tommy Baldwin formed Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) in 2009. Baldwin utilized a declining economy to open a NSCS team with a stringent budget. The team worked to build to full-time competition, and by the 2011 season, the team’s third season, TBR competed in every race and locked the No. 36 Chevrolet in the top-35 in NSCS Owner Points. Dave Blaney drove the No. 36 Chevrolet to TBR’s highest finish of third in the October 2011 event at Talladega Superspeedway. TBR also fielded a second car for select races in the past two seasons with multiple drivers.

Based in Mooresville, N.C., TBR will compete in the NSCS in 2012 with NASCAR veterans David Reutimann and Dave Blaney. The team will also compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series with Ryan Blaney, Bobby Santos and Ryan Truex.
