Tim Dugger to Perform Pre-Race Concert at Pocono Raceway June 9Press Release
“The Truth” Performing on Saturday, June 8
LONG POND, PA (June 5, 2013) ― Curb recording artist, Tim Dugger is addicted to the “fast lane” and there will be no faster lane on Sunday, June 9, than the Party in the Pocono 400 Presented by Walmart at Pocono Raceway. Dugger’s concert will headline pre-race festivities leading the 1:00 PM start of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at “The Tricky Triangle.”
On Saturday, Pittsburgh-based, The Truth, will perform at Pocono Raceway’s Victory Circle from 11:00 – 11:30 am. ET. The rock-genre band features two lead singers, Paul Michael Benson and Ayesha Scott, as well as lead, guitarist Shayne MacLaughlin and drummer Josh Gerba. The Truth will be touring with the ARCA Racing Series, serving as the official “Musical Partner” of Venturini Motorsports. Additionally, lead-singer Ayesha Scott will perform the national anthem prior to the start of the Pocono 200 ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards race.
