PRESS RELEASE

Dexter Bean/Team GLOCK head
to the Bluegrass State

GLOCK, Inc. Press Release

Mooresville, NC (5.8.08) - - In the 6th race of the season in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, #37 Dexter Bean and Team GLOCK will travel to Sparta, Kentucky for the Drive Smart! Buckle Up Kentucky 150 Saturday evening thriller. The race will be a short 100 laps (150 miles) on the 1.5 mile paved oval track. For those who will not be at the race, live timing and scoring for practice, qualifying and the race will be available on arcaracing.com.

The 21 year old Westby, WI native is currently 15th in the driver points standings in the ARCA RE/MAX Series. He will pilot the #37 GLOCK Chevrolet which is a former DEI chassis 030 and has run well at Kentucky Speedway in previous races. “Kentucky Speedway has been good for me in the past. Spraker Racing has prepared a great car with big Tesar horsepower. With positive momentum, I expect a top finish this weekend for Team GLOCK,” said Dexter.

Dexter will receive guidance at Kentucky from Jeff Spraker of Spraker Racing Enterprises. “We gained a good bit in points last weekend and want to continue that trend in Kentucky. Our over the wall guys did a great job last weekend and gained a bunch of spots on pit road. Dexter and I will again work together from the spotter’s stand and we look forward to being up front this weekend,” said Jeff.

Practice will take place on Saturday, May 10th from 10:30am – 12:30pm, SIM Factory Pole Qualifying is at 3:30pm and the race will start at 8pm.
