MAKE Motorsports Goes Green, Red, White And Blue at Charlotte
SHELBY, NC (May 24, 2012) – T.J. Bell and the #50 Liberty Tire Recycling will sport a theme of Red, White, and Blue this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the History 300 on May 26th. This theme is in honor of Memorial Day for all those who have served in all branches of the military past, present, and future.
Liberty Tire Recycling and Pinnacle Rubber Mulch will be the primary sponsors on the car for this weekend. This is the first primary event Liberty as they have been an associate sponsor for much of the year.
Associate sponsors will continue to be GulfCoast Loss Prevention , Twin Oaks Services South and Apex Construction.

2013 NASCAR Hall Of Fame Class Announced

Baker, Owens, Thomas, Wallace And Wood Comprise List Of New Inductees
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (May 23, 2012) – NASCAR announced today the 2013 class of inductees into the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The five-person class, which will be officially inducted in a ceremony on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, N.C., consists of Buck Baker, Cotton Owens, Herb Thomas, Rusty Wallace and Leonard Wood.
Members of the 54-member NASCAR Hall of Fame Voting Panel met today in a closed session in Charlotte, N.C., to vote on the induction class of 2013. The announcement was made by NASCAR Chairman and CEO Brian France in the NASCAR Hall of Fame’s “Great Hall.”
