Brian Scott Finishes 11th at Iowa Speedway
Post Race Highlights:
· Following a seventh place run at Darlington Raceway last week, Joe Gibbs Racing driver Brian Scott entered the first Nationwide Series non-companion race of the year with confidence.
· Despite hitting the wall on Saturday and not getting much time on the track for practice, Scott stayed positive and was able to qualify seventh for Sunday’s 150 lap event at Iowa Speedway.
· Scott had a race-long battle with a loose handling race car, as did much of the 43 car field.

Yacaman Scores First Pole with Firestone Freedom 100 Pole at Indy

INDIANAPOLIS (Thursday, May 24, 2012) - Gustavo Yacaman has one victory, 16 top-five and 26 top-10 finishes in four Firestone Indy Lights seasons.
On May 24, the 21-year-old from Colombia filled in another column with his first pole. And it comes in the biggest race of the season.
Yacaman, driving the No. 2 TMR-Tuvacol-Xtreme Coil Drilling car, posted a two-lap aggregate time of 1 minute, 35.9913 seconds (average speed of 187.517 mph) to claim the top spot for the Freedom 100 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Miller Lite Carb Day (May 25).
