Over 475 Fans Take Advantage of Michael Waltrip Celebration Offer $129 Daytona 500 Ticket Includes Autograph And Hospitality Tent DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Over 475 fans have purchased Daytona International Speedway’s Michael Waltrip Daytona 500 Celebration Offer ticket package leaving only a handful of the special tickets remaining. To mark Waltrip’s 25th year in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Daytona International Speedway and Waltrip, who captured the Daytona 500 in 2001 and 2003, created the ticket offer in January. Sounding Off with Andy Belmont Well the ARCA portion of speedweeks 2010 is over and done with. I guess there are lots of ways to look at this, but we got out of there with a couple of whole race cars and that is an accomplishment in itself. Nothing broke, nothing fell off, for the most part, we just had the racing Gods to deal with and a week of teaching our rookie drivers what we can about plate racing. Some stuff you can’t teach, you have to just learn it as you go. ARCA management went through great pains to have meetings, show videos of what not to do in driver meetings and so on.
