This was Dillon's third series pole of the 2011 season, his tenth series career win and first his series in at Nashville Superspeedway.
Starting in second on the outside pole and with a qualifying lap speed of 156.140 mph, will be Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender, Joey Coulter, followed by Elliott Sadler (156.140 mph) starting in third, Ron Hornaday Jr. (156.140) fourth and Timothy Peters (155.800) starts from fifth.
