Tony Stewart’s annual charity race at his Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, Prelude to the Dream, hits the half-mile dirt track Wednesday night to raise money for four children’s hospitals — Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Levine Children’s Hospital, Riley Hospital for Children, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The Prelude has been held every year since 2005 and has benefitted a variety of charities over the years.
“You kind of have the feeling of what I would assume a proud father feels like,” Stewart said of the event’s growth over the years. “You watch us start from something really small and get bigger and better every year, and that makes you proud.” - Full Story by Amanda Vincent
