Dale Earnhardt, Inc. to Hold 9th Annual Dale Earnhardt Candlelight Tribute
Dale Earnhardt, Inc. will hold its 9th Annual Dale Earnhardt Tribute on Thursday, February 18, 2010. The event, taking place at the DEI headquarters in Mooresville, N.C., has been held yearly since the loss of Dale Earnhardt in 2001. The Dale Earnhardt Tribute will allow fans to celebrate Earnhardt’s life and pay tribute to the seven-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion.

The Dale Earnhardt Candlelight Tribute is open to the public and will include a candlelight vigil, as well as opening and closing prayers at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. by ministers from local churches. The event will provide fans the opportunity to interact and share their memories of the NASCAR racing legend, and everyone in attendance will have the opportunity to sign a guest book and receive a souvenir Dale Earnhardt decal.
DEI will also be accepting donations to the Dale Earnhardt Foundation, the mission of which is to “Continue The Legend™” and legacy of Dale Earnhardt through charitable programs and grants that sustain his lifelong commitment to Children, Education and Environmental/Wildlife Preservation.
