“We always feel like we can go win at Texas any time we race there,” said Bodine, whose first two Texas wins came in Fall races and the last four have been scored in June. “Big Red is based out of Texas, a win for them would obviously be, well, big!”
Bodine has raced at Texas Motor Speedway in 14 Truck Series events. He’s scored 6 wins, 10 top-five finishes, 10 top-ten finishes and one pole award. His average starting position is 10.5 and his average finish is 8.1. He has two DNFs, one this past June and one in June of 2005.
Watch Bodine in the No. 5 Big Red Tundra on SPEED on Friday, November 4th. Live race coverage begins with the NCWTS Setup at 7:30 PM Eastern followed by live racing at 8:00 PM. Not in front of a TV? Friday’s race is the shorter of the two Texas Truck Series races. The event is 147 laps/220.5 miles.
