Fireworks flew early on the 4th of July for Kevin Harvick, as he captured the NSCS Coke Zero 400 victory by holding off Kasey Kahne (by 0.092 seconds) at Daytona International Speedway.
This was Harvick's 2nd series win of the 2010 season, his 23rd series career win and his 2nd series win at Daytona International Speedway. Harvick now leads Jeff Gordon by 212 points in the standings.
Following Harvick and Kahne to the drop of the checkered flag were Jeff Gordon finishing third, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., fourth, Jeff Burton fifth, Carl Edwards sixth, Kurt Busch seventh, Reed Sorenson eighth, Mike Bliss ninth and Scott Speed rounding out the top-ten finishers.
