2013 NCWTS Sunoco Rookie of the Year (ROTY) contender, Jeb Burton, with a qualifying lap speed of 181.372 mph, captured the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 Keystone 21 Means 21 Pole Award at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
This was Burton's third series pole of the 2013 season, his third series career pole and his first series pole at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Starting second on the outside pole with a qualifying lap speed of 180.294 mph, will be Ty Dillon, followed by Timothy Peters (with the identical lap speed 180.294 mph) who will start third, Kyle Busch (180.240) fourth and Miguel Paludo (180.216) starting fifth.
