Juan Pablo Montoya, with a lap speed of 177.070 mph, showed the fastest way around Darlington Raceway at the end of the final NSCS Bojangles' Southern 500 practice session.
Series Sunoco Rookie of the Year (ROTY) contender, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., was second fastest with a lap speed of 176.809 mph, and was followed by Carl Edwards (176.543 mph) who was third fastest, Jeff Burton (176.492) fourth and Kurt Busch (175.993) was fifth fastest.
Rounding out the top-ten fastest at the end of "Happy Hour" (final) practice were Greg Biffle (175.987 mph) who was sixth fastest, Matt Kenseth (175.974) seventh, Jeff Gordon (175.836) eighth, Martin Truex, Jr. (175.811) ninth and Kyle Busch (175.779) posting the tenth fastest lap speed.
