NEWS AND NOTES FROM THE RAYBESTOS® ROOKIE CONTENDERS – NASCAR NATIONWIDE SERIES Michael Annett was the Raybestos® Rookie of the Race in the August 21 Food City 250 at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway. Annett scored an eighth-place finish, his third top-10 this season and claimed top rookie honors for the second time in 2009. Michael McDowell posted a 10th-place finish at Bristol, his fifth top-10 and second in the last four races.
