Matt Crafton brought himself into second place in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series points standings Saturday afternoon, as he held off a hard fight from second place finisher, Joey Coulter, to win the SFP 250 at Kansas Speedway.
Crafton, who sits 12-points behind his fellow ThorSport Racing teammate Johnny Sauter in the standings, received his first series victory of the 2013 season, his third series career victory and his first series victory at Kansas Speedway.
Coulter, who crossed the finish line 0.168 seconds behind Crafton, was followed by series Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender, Ryan Blaney, who finished third, Brendan Gaughan fourth and Johnny Sauter finishing fifth.
