(March 17, 2010) Starbeast Motorsports Founder Miguel Abaroa is pleased to announce that driver Narain Karthikeyan «NA-rain kar-thee-KAY-un» will make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut on March 27 in the Kroger 250 at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway. Karthikeyan, who is India’s first NASCAR driver, will drive the Wyler Racing No. 60 SafeAuto Chevrolet Silverado. Karthikeyan previously tested an ARCA car at Daytona International Speedway in December and brings 22 seasons of experience in open wheel racing including Formula 1 and the Le Mans Series.

“The opportunity to compete in a NASCAR series is a dream come true for me,” said Karthikeyan. “I have raced all over the world, but this is a different kind of challenge for me and I look forward to learning everything I can about racing in this environment. NASCAR is known for its passionate fans. I am excited to be introducing India to this sport and hope to help develop an equally passionate fan base there.”

Newly formed Starbeast Motorsports is focused on bringing NASCAR to the international community through foreign drivers. Karthikeyan is the center of Starbeast’s efforts to grow the sport in India.

“After his success in Formula 1, Narain has become one of India’s most popular athletes and the obvious choice to introduce NASCAR to the subcontinent,” said Abaroa. “His story is that of a motorsports pioneer, and this next chapter will be his most compelling.”

Starbeast Motorsports and Karthikeyan have entered into an agreement with Wyler Racing for the 2010 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season. Karthikeyan will race the No. 60 in select races to be announced at a later date. SafeAuto Insurance will serve as the primary sponsor after signing a multi-year agreement with Wyler Racing and driver Stacy Compton in 2009.

“We have always had a desire to work with drivers to help with their transition into NASCAR,” said Stacy Compton, who has driven in 27 events for Wyler Racing since partnering with the team last year. Compton will serve as a driver coach to help assist Karthikeyan as he makes the transition from open wheel racing to NASCAR.

“SafeAuto is excited to have such an accomplished Formula 1 driver behind the wheel of our race truck,” commented Jon Diamond, president of SafeAuto, “Many of our customers are fans of NASCAR and we are looking forward to being part of taking this sport to an international level.”

Concord, N.C. (March 17, 2010) - Wyler Racing announced today that the team has switched manufacturers and will begin fielding Chevrolet Silverado race trucks in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series beginning with next weekend’s Kroger 250 at Martinsville Speedway. The decision to switch manufacturers did not come easy for the team, who has experienced much success as a Toyota team including three wins, 20 top-five, 45 top-10s and four pole positions since joining the series in 2005.

“Toyota has been an incredible partner of our race team for the last few years,” said Stacy Compton, who has driven the No. 60 SafeAuto Tundra for Wyler Racing in the last 27 events. “I can’t thank them enough for their support through the years. They are truly committed to NASCAR and were a huge part of our team’s growth over the years.”

By switching to Chevrolet, Wyler Racing will be racing with the brand that has the most wins in NASCAR history. “We look forward to being involved with a manufacturer that has such a strong history in NASCAR,” Compton said.

• Peters’ win marks the fourth consecutive victory for a Tundra at Daytona International Speedway.
• Todd Bodine (second), Nelson Piquet Jr. (sixth) and Stacy Compton (seventh) also finished in the top-10 driving Tundras at the 2.5-mile superspeedway.
• Toyota drivers Aric Almirola (12th), Tayler Malsam (17th), Justin Lofton (18th), David Starr (19th), Max Papis (21st), Kyle Busch (22nd), Mike Skinner (24th) and Ted Musgrave (31st) were also in the field.

TIMOTHY PETERS, No. 17 K&N Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing
Finishing Position: 1st

How excited are you to win at Daytona? “First of all I’ve got to thank the fans for coming out here and supporting us tonight in this cold weather. Man, this Toyota Tundra drove like a Lexus tonight. I can’t believe it. Words can’t describe what I’m feeling right now and to start off the season like this, man it’s very emotional. I guess it’s everybody’s dream to win at Daytona. It just feels different. But I’m glad because it doesn’t get any better than winning. I could get used to this. Jeff Hensley (crew chief) and all the crew on the 17, Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra did an awesome job all week long in preparing this truck over the winter. In the draft, we were awesome. In practice on Wednesday and Thursday morning, we gave up a little bit by ourself knowing we could draft really well.”

What happened in the last lap of the race? “Todd (Bodine) was just running his line and the 23 (Jason White) came up and gave us a good push and I was going to go with him and the 30 moved up and we all just bumped and got him (Todd Bodine) a little out of shape but it’s the last lap at Daytona. I’m glad to be in victory lane. I said in an interview, ‘I’m going to Disneyworld.’ So I’m going to go back.”

What gave you the confidence to make the move on Todd Bodine in the final lap? “This is only my fourth plate race — superspeedway race. I’m still learning. It doesn’t matter if we were at Daytona, Atlanta, Martinsville. To race with these guys is just an awesome feeling. Call a spade a spade, Todd Bodine is the best Speedway racer. His results prove it. I wasn’t gonna leave him until it was time to. My spotter, Kevin Ray, did an awesome job, keeping me calm, keeping me in line, telling me, ‘Let’s try to make the move down the pack straightaway.’ The 23 had an awesome run. When Todd went high, I went high, and we prevailed to the inside. It’s very cool. I’m not giving him all the credit, but it is cool to beat those guys, too. But Todd and I are pretty good buddies, too. It’s pretty cool to beat him at the same time.”

TODD BODINE, No. 30 GEICO Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing
Finishing Position: 2nd

What was the difference at the end of the race? “No difference, you’re sitting duck leading. I saw the replay as I sat down there in the mud. Timmy (Peters) just did it right. He went the outside I had to block and he came back under. It was a great crossover move. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. The truck was fast. It was a race of survival tonight. We got that flat tire – we got fortunate to get right on pit road, didn’t lose a lap. He got in the back of me and got me up. I was going to come back down but he did what he had to do. He’s a great race car driver. He’s a good kid. If I had to lose he’s a good one to lose to. The GEICO Tundra was fast — fast like it always is. It drives great, runs fast. It’s disappointing for sure, but it’s a great way to start the year with a second. It’s a good points race. I know a lot of the other points guys had problems so it was a good night.”

What did you think of the move that Timothy Peters made on the last lap? “Timmy did exactly what he was supposed to do. He tried me high and got a run going. He did a crossover and when he crossed over he got into the corner panel which turned me up the race track. I was lucky not to get in the wall. I did get in the wall a little bit. It was just a good race. That’s what Daytona is about and fortunately we didn’t wreck. It was a race of survival and we didn’t wreck and the GEICO Tundra came home second. It’s a great points race. Like I said before, if there’s anybody that I want to get beat by it’s Timmy (Peters). He’s a great kid, he’s a hell of a race car driver and we’ll take the second and go on.”

How did you save the truck during the final lap? “I’ve had some practice at that. It was really close. If he had been up another three or four inches and turned me a little bit harder then I would’ve been in the outside wall. We saved it. We got lucky with the flat tire that went flat in three and four and I got right to pit road so we didn’t lose a lap. It was a good night. It was a great points race and that’s how we’ve got to look at it. Unfortunately we didn’t get the checker.”

How long does it take you to put the frustration of not winning behind you and build on it? “We’ll, to get over it. We’re gonna be leaving the track in the motorcoach in a couple hours. I say by Jacksonville, I’ll be over it. It’s disappointing. No doubt about it. To go for three in a row at Daytona, that would have been a dream come true, but it’s racing. It’s hard racing. A kid like Timothy (Peters), he’s got such a future in our sport. He’s one of those kids that, with the right break, would be sitting over in a Cup garage right now. He’s that good, that good a kid. That’s how much I respect him. To get beat by him, that takes a little of the edge off. But it’s tough. It’s hard because all these guys started this race, all these guys on pit road worked hard to get their trucks ready to get out there and do their jobs. My team’s no different. We have a great truck. It’s always run fast. Came up one spot short.”

NELSON PIQUET, JR., No. 1 Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing
Finishing Position: 6th

How did your first NASCAR race feel? “It was an amazing feeling. I’m just so happy to be able to finish the race and staying out of trouble, sort of, I had my touches and bumps here and there, but I managed to keep the truck in my hands. It was really tough. Just unexplainable – so much pressure and fun all at the same time with the guys all around pushing and bumping. There on the last lap, hitting side-by-side and then trusting the last corner and just doing it flat and knowing that it needed to go and then gaining like three or four positions in the last lap of the last corner. It’s amazing. It’s much better than last week. I learned so much last week that it helped me a lot for this race. I’m really happy, the team did an excellent job. I need to thank Toyota and Red Horse (Racing) for helping me so much.”

How has this week been unique for you? “Honestly, the last seven days were identical to everything else except for the ARCA race. I knew that today would be the big day where I would really feel what is NASCAR and what is bumping and racing here in America. I really felt it. I understand now why drivers just want to come back and race three or four races in a weekend. They don’t care. It’s really a lot of fun and once you get to know everybody and start bumping side-by-side with a friend of yours or even with a brother, it’s a whole big family over here so it’s really good.”

What happened between yourself and Max Papis? “I think it was a bit of my inexperience over here. Everybody was pushing and I had pushed one or two trucks before. He (Max Papis) came out, he was by himself, I went to push him and I don’t know if I pushed him on the wrong side or if our bumpers didn’t line up or what happened. The moment that I touched him, he just went off. I really felt bad. I didn’t know if it was the right time to apologize on the radio, but I have to give him an apology. I don’t know if it was wrong because I’m still getting used to things over here. I don’t know if people hit and take chances of the car in front of me. Several times they hit me and I had to hold on. I tried to do the same and line up with everybody and do the same and it didn’t seem to work out very well. I don’t know if it was my fault or his fault, but I just want to say, ‘Sorry,’ to him.”

STACY COMPTON, No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota Tundra, Wyler Racing
Finishing Position: 7th

How was your race tonight? “It was a great run for the SafeAuto/Wyler Toyota. This is a whole new group and we just put this deal together. We had a lot better truck than seventh. Just frustrated right now. We pushed Todd (Bodine) to the front, we pushed the 88 (Matt Crafton) up through there, stayed with them the whole time and as soon as we had position where I felt like we had a shot to get up there and battle for the win, we got dumped. That’s just Daytona. It’s frustrating. We had an awful good truck and I was able to lead a little and run up front most of the night. Just frustrated with a seventh-place finish.”

ARIC ALMIROLA, No. 51 Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports
Finishing Positions: 12th

TAYLER MALSAM, No. 56 One Eighty Toyota Tundra, Kyle Busch Motorsports
Finishing Position: 17th

JUSTIN LOFTON, No. 7 visitPIT.com Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing
Finishing Position: 18th

DAVID STARR, No. 24 Zachry Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports with HT
Finishing Position: 19th

MAX PAPIS, No. 9 GEICO Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing
Finishing Position: 21st

KYLE BUSCH, No. 18 Heluva Good Toyota Tundra, Kyle Busch Motorsports
Finishing Position: 22nd

How do you feel about your first Truck race as a team owner? “As long as I got TV time, that’s all that matters. As long as I took Danica’s (Patrick) spot in this race I’ll be alright. It’s frustrating. These guys worked all winter long and did everything they could to prepare great trucks. It just shows you how fast that thing was even tore up. We went straight to the front, we led a couple times and that thing was fast. There’s really nothing else I could have done. I could have laid back like (Matt) Crafton did and play it safe, but when you’re Kyle Busch all you want to do it go to the front. That’s where I was heading.”

What do you think about during the race as an owner-driver? “The thing I actually thought about the most was going out there and racing as hard as I could race even though it meant nothing just to get Heluva Good some TV time. That’s all I was about. I know it’s frustrating for them because they didn’t get exactly what they wanted to or have a shot to win and get the coverage of that, but hopefully they at least got some TV time so we could get their name and branding out there. We’re trying to sell some more races and I hate that this one was a bad one for them and us. We’ll go on to Atlanta where it matters more about trucks and handling then it does here at Daytona.”

Can you comment on Mike Skinner feeling you were drafting the wrong manufacturer? “Johnny Benson is still my driver. If you look at it, that’s my boy so I’m going to be pushing Benson. There’s still 40 or 50 laps to go, give a guy a break. I wanted to see Johnny Benson lead the race so I pushed him to the front, what’s the big deal?”

Did you feel the drivers were driving crazier tonight? “That’s been Speed Weeks so far. We’ve been watching how bad the Cup cars handle and then we’ve watched how bad the truck race looked. Nobody had a brain. Lap one we’re bump drafting and everything and tearing up a bunch of great trucks. Austin Dillon needed more experience than what he got and I know he was the brunt of it, I don’t know who started it. I can’t point fingers, but it’s just pretty dumb when every single truck out there had damage on it, I guarantee it.”

MIKE SKINNER, No. 5 International Trucks/Monaco RV Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports with HT Finishing Position: 24th

What happened that took you out of the race? “We’d been working well with the 17 (Timothy Peters) and I had pushed him a little bit and he had pushed me a little bit. He just pushed me too hard there. I know he didn’t mean to wreck us. He got on me and seen that I was getting squirrely so he let off. If you don’t catch it just right, the bumpers don’t line up. What he did was raise the back of my truck up and when the back wheels are up off the ground then you don’t have much grip. We shouldn’t have been in that mess to start with. There was another Toyota out there helping the wrong manufacturer, in my opinion, that was several laps down. What goes around comes around. I would really like to get through that and work with some of these people. We all kind of need to stick together if we can. I hate it for Toyota, I hate it for International Trucks, Monaco RV, Exide, PC Miler and all the people that help us on this International truck. It’s cool, our Toyota was awfully fast tonight.”

TED MUSGRAVE, No. 15 Hope to Haiti Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports
Finishing Position: 31st

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Homestead-Miami Speedway – November 20, 2009

- Timothy Peters (fourth) was the top finishing Toyota driver in Friday night’s NASCAR Camping World Truck
Series (NCWTS) race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

- Todd Bodine (fifth), Mike Skinner (sixth), David Starr (seventh) and T.J. Bell (10th) also finished in the top-10
driving Tundras at the 1.5-mile oval.

- Toyota drivers Brian Scott (12th), Kyle Busch (13th), Aric Almirola (14th), Tayler Malsam (15th), Stacy Compton
(21st), Brad Sweet (27th) and Mike Bliss (31st) were also in the field.

- Five Tundra drivers are among the top-10 in the final unofficial NCWTS point standings to end the 2009 season –
Skinner (third), Bodine (fourth), Scott (seventh), Peters (eighth) and Starr (ninth).

No. 17 Strutmasters.com Toyota Tundra

TIMOTHY PETERS, No. 17 Strutmasters.com Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing

Finishing Position: 4th

Are you happy with the way you ended your 2009 season tonight?

“What a way to end a year with this Strutmasters.com Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra. It’s just awesome to end a year on this note right here. We looked to stay out and we didn’t have anything to lose. We were gambling to see if we could get us another victory but I tried to get the tires as clean as I could and I spun them a little bit. A rookie mistake on my part. I’ve got to thank Chad Kendrick (crew chief) and everybody on this team. They do a great job. From where we started at Daytona not knowing if we could make it past Martinsville. Tom DeLoach (Red Horse Racing, team owner) gave me an awesome opportunity to be here. Strustmasters.com, Toyota, Toyota, Toyota — I can’t thank those guys enough. I’m
looking forward to next season.”

How did your truck handle during the race?

“It was good for us. Our Strutmasters.com Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra was good right off the lift gate. We made a gamble there at the end to stay out thinking some people would stay out with us but everybody came in. Chad Kendrick (crew chief) did a great job. The whole team — considering where we started at in Daytona not knowing that I could make it past Martinsville. I don’t know where we ended up in points but we had a good finish and got us a win this year.”

Timothy Peters (Photo Credit: John Harrelson/Getty Images for NASCAR)

Why did those trucks beat you on that final restart?

“They had fresh tires. Everybody came down pit road and we were just the lonely sole out there. But all in all it was a
good day. I’m just ecstatic. When we joined Red Horse Racing we were 19th in drivers points and I think we ended up
around seventh. It’s been an awesome year and I’m ready to go to Daytona.”

What happened on the final restart?

“When you race with these guys you learn a lot and (Kevin) Harvick is the best of the best. I cleaned my tires off but
evidentially it wasn’t enough. I made a rookie mistake and spun them too much, but he had new tires and was going to go
by us in turn one anyway.”

Todd Bodine

TODD BODINE, No. 30 Copart Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing

Finishing Position: 5th

What happened from your viewpoint on the ‘green-white-checkered’ finish?

“The truck series usually is pretty crazy with the green-white-checkered. Before the caution came out we had the fastest
truck on the track. We were just so far back, we were running seventh, so we decided to come in, put two tires on and gain
a little track position. We pumped the right front tire up a little too high and it pushed too much in the last two laps. We
still gained two spots. Copart and everybody, I really appreciate what they’ve done for us this year in getting us through the
year with their sponsorship. It’s typical Germain Racing — we just never give up. We started the season with a win at
Daytona with no sponsor on the truck and we made it through the season with the help of Copart, Ventrillo and Lumber
Liquidators. It was a tough year, but we got through.”

What were you adjusting in your truck when you lifted the hood halfway through the race?

“The first set of tires, we corded the inside pretty bad. I think it was really the right call to come in and adjust it so we
didn’t blow it out. We didn’t need to finish in the back – we needed to keep the points up to finish fourth in points. It really
didn’t help it drive any better, but it definitely saved the tire and kept us in front of Johnny (Sauter) for fourth in points.”

No. 5 Exide Batteries Toyota Tundra

MIKE SKINNER, No. 5 Exide Batteries Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 6th

What happened from your viewpoint on the ‘green-white-checkered’ finish?

“That was crazy and that cost us a spot right there. I didn’t know if I was supposed to come on pit road or not. Just had a
lot of confusion going on with the radio right there. We had about a fourth or fifth-place truck and we lost a couple spots
right there at the end. We’ve got a good race team and we’ve got a lot to build on. I’m proud to be driving a Toyota Tundra
and I can’t wait till Daytona.”

Mike Skinner

How was your season overall?

“It was a great season and I really felt like I would have liked to have finished a little better last night. I thought that we
might have had a little better truck. Eric (Phillips, crew chief) did a good job, the pit crew did a fantastic job – I don’t think
the driver did that good of a job tonight. I kept overdriving the corners and trying to get grip that just wasn’t there. Tim
Fedewa did a great job spotting, he kept trying to get me to slow down in the corner. When I would slow down getting in
the corner, I would run really good laps and we had a really good truck. Got to work on the driver a little bit with these tires
that are like this. Goodyear does a great job and I know they’ll get us better stuff next year.”

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Phoenix International Raceway – November 13, 2009

- Kyle Busch (second) was the top finishing Toyota driver in Friday night’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
(NCWTS) race at Phoenix International Raceway.

- Aric Almirola (third) also finished in the top-five at Phoenix, his seventh top-five result in 15 starts this season.
Mike Skinner (sixth), Mike Bliss (seventh), David Starr (ninth) and Stacy Compton (10th) also had top-10 finishes
for Toyota at the one-mile race track.

- Tundra drivers Brian Scott (11th), Todd Bodine (12th), T.J. Bell (13th), Timothy Peters (16th), Tayler Malsam
(17th) and Brad Sweet (22nd) were also in the field.

- Five Tundra drivers are among the top-10 in the unofficial NCWTS point standings — Skinner (third), Bodine
(fourth), Scott (sixth), Starr (eighth) and Peters (ninth) – with one race remaining in the 2009 season.

Finishing Position: 2nd

How was your race tonight?

“We weren’t as good as the 4 (Kevin Harvick). We did the best that we can and that’s all that we could come home with.
He (Kevin Harvick) kicked our butt pretty bad last year and we got a gain on it this year and that gain right there, we need
another one and we’ll be able to keep up with them or try to at least beat him. We kept up with him tonight but needed a
little more.”

Did you feel that you had a race-winning truck tonight?

“We didn’t have enough for the (Kevin) Harvick trucks tonight. (Ron) Hornaday kind of battled for a championship, played
it smart and (Kevin) Harvick was really fast like I said before. We came home second. It was a good day for the
Miccosukee Toyota Tundra. We gained from last year. (Kevin) Harvick whooped our butt pretty bad last year but we
gained on it a little bit. If we had another gain like that we probably would be able to keep up with him or win.”

Did you feel like Kevin Harvick had a big advantage over you?

“It wasn’t bad, it was about what I expected. I expected the 4 (Kevin Harvick) truck to be really, really good in which he
was. I guess he wasn’t driving in the beginning of the race. He was just holding back seeing what everybody had. Our
truck was good. We made a gain on it from last year to this year distancewise from (Kevin) Harvick. Harvick was just
stupid fast last year. This year I felt like we made a gain. If we can make another one of those gains next year then we’ll be
right on him. Overall, the Miccosukee Tundra was good. We led some laps and tried to go for the win but just didn’t quite
have enough on those restarts there.”

Do you think the 51 truck has a chance at winning the owner’s championship next weekend?

“I can’t close the gap, I’ve got to take that gap. They’re going to race next week hard as ever. They’re going to go and try
to win the race. That’s going to be the plan. They’ve got the driver’s championship locked up so if they go out there and
try to win the race and are successful at that then we can’t catch them. But if they go out there and try to win the race and
have problems by having issues whether it’s a wreck or engine or a tire – it could be anything. That’s why we race races.
Hopefully we can battle it out and have a good, strong run and see if we can’t beat them. Sixty points, I don’t know how
many spots that is but I take it that it’s probably 17 or so. So it’s going to be hard to do.”

Aric Almirola

ARIC ALMIROLA, No. 15 Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 3rd

How did your truck handle during the race?

“We had a good truck. Doug George (crew chief) and everybody on this AK Awareness.com Tundra did a really good job.
I don’t know what it’s going to take to get one of these ones. It’s not for a lack of effort. I can promise you that.
Everybody is racing their hearts out. Our truck just wasn’t very good on short runs and for whatever reason that last set of
tires didn’t take off very good for us. It was really tight – that last set of tires. We chattered the right front for quite a while
and just couldn’t ever take off.”

How was your race tonight?

“It was a fun race tonight. The race track widened out. You could run two-wide pretty good. The bottom lane was
definitely preferred but you could move around. It was a good race. I’m just still disappointed, man, I want to get one of
these wins some kind of bad. We tried, we raced our butts off and we came home third. That was what we had tonight.”

Was your truck better on the short or long runs tonight?

“It wasn’t very good on short runs. We struggled yesterday on short runs, too, in practice and for whatever reason it just
wouldn’t take off. We chattered the right front, chattered the right front and finally it would come in and take off and it
would go pretty good. I’m really proud of everybody at Billy Ballew Motorsports. Doug George (crew chief) and all of the
guys on this AK Awareness Tundra have been doing a great job. We just came up short. I’m going to win one of these
races one of these days. We just keep coming up short but it’s not for lack of effort.”

How has your team progressed over the season?

“Our team has really stepped their game up. We bring trucks to the race track every single weekend and they’re capable of
winning and I think we’ve proved that. Talladega we ran one-two and unfortunately I was second. Texas we had a top-
five, top-three truck and I lost power steering about lap 35 and then here again we had another good truck and led laps and
ran upfront but just couldn’t seem to seal the deal. I’m very proud of everything that everybody’s got going on at Billy
Ballew Motorsports.

I’m very happy that Graceway Pharmaceuticals have come onboard and helped us get through the end
of the year, but the Gods honest truth about next year, I have no clue. Last year, two years ago, I probably would’ve felt
like a little bit of an outcast and felt like the minority going to Homestead next week and not having any idea what I’m
doing next year but for whatever the case may be whether it’s the economy, whether it’s just people not sure of what’s
going on, I really feel like the majority. It seems like half of the garage in all three series are really unsure on their 2010
plans. There’s a lot of uncertainty going into next year and I just seem to be a part of that.”

Mike Skinner

MIKE SKINNER, No. 5 Exide Batteries Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 6th

Were you not feeling well during tonight’s race at Phoenix?

“I got the creeping crud. It started a couple of days ago and my doctor has got me on all kinds of antibiotics and Prednisone
and everything else to try to keep me alive so I could run this race. Our Exide Tundra was awfully, awfully loose. I don’t
know what happened to the truck I had yesterday. After the race, Eric (Phillips, crew chief) told me he freed it up this
morning and didn’t tell me about it. We need to communicate a little better on stuff like that. Once he got it tightened back
up, I wish I could have started the race like I ended the race because I think we probably could have gotten a few more
spots.”

Did being sick tonight make this a difficult race?

“Yeah, any time you’re sick, your focus is off and your reactions are off. I was burning up hot one second and freezing cold
the next. My nose is running all down my mouth – it’s just not pretty when you’re sick. That’s why drivers make more
than mechanics because we have to be able to do that and we have to play hurt sometimes.”

MIKE BLISS, No. 25 Harris Trucking Toyota Tundra, HT Motorsports

Finishing Position: 7th

How was your race?

“It was alright, it was kind of uneventful. We took four (tires) at first and then we took two at the end. We were kind of
just sliding around at the end, but this place is always like that the last 50 laps. It never goes that long. We kind of counted
on that. It was a good run. I’m really happy I got to run this Toyota Tundra and it was a good solid run for us.”

David Starr

DAVID STARR, No. 24 Zachry Toyota Tundra, HT Motorsports

Finishing Position: 9th

Are you disappointed with your finish tonight?

“I am. We keep working hard. We didn’t have the best truck tonight. Our Zachry Toyota Tundra was just okay. We got it
better towards that second practice yesterday. Jason Miller, our crew chief, found something. It just wasn’t where it needed
to be. We had some great pit stop strategy and with a lot of heart and hard work, we never gave up. We came out with a
decent finish. Top-10s is a good thing, but we shoot for a lot better than that.”

What do you think about both HT Motorsports Tundras being in the top 10?

“That’s a good thing. That’s what we shoot for, we want both trucks in the top five and top 10. It was good to see us both
right there close to each other. We just needed to be a little bit further up the pecking charts. Not bad for a seventh and
ninth but we’re definitely working harder to get closer to that number one spot. With the way our truck was handling and
everything we had to fight against, it was almost like a win for us. You never get enough until you win these races, so we’ll
just keep striving and working hard to do that and that’s what we’re going to keep doing.”

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Texas Motor Speedway – November 6, 2009

- Kyle Busch won Friday night’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race at Texas Motor Speedway.
Busch led 54 of 147 laps at the one-and-a-half-mile oval en route to victory lane.

- This win was Busch’s fifth consecutive win in as many starts behind the wheel of the Billy Ballew Motorsports No.
51 Miccosukee Resort Tundra, and his 10th triumph in a Tundra over the past two seasons.

- It was the 14th win for a Tundra driver this year — the most NCWTS wins for Toyota in the series in a single season.
Todd Bodine (fourth), Brian Scott (seventh), Mike Skinner (eighth) and Texas-native David Starr (ninth) also had
top-10 finishes for Toyota.

- Tundra drivers Aric Almirola (14th), Tayler Malsam (18th), Timothy Peters (19th), Stacy Compton (22nd), T.J. Bell
(23rd) and Terry Cook (24th) were also in the field.

- Five Tundra drivers are among the top-10 in the unofficial NCWTS point standings — Skinner (third), Bodine
(fourth), Scott (sixth), Peters (eighth) and Starr (ninth) – with two races remaining in the 2009 season.

In Victory Lane following the WinStar World Casino 350 at Texas Motor Speedway, Kyle Busch, driver of the No. 51 Miccosukee Resort / Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota Tundra, celebrates his fifth straight in as many starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series

KYLE BUSCH, No. 51 Miccosukee Resort Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 1st

How do you feel about how tonight’s race worked out?

“That’s cool man. What a Tundra tonight, man. This Miccosukee / Graceway Pharmaceuticals Tundra was awesome and
Richie (Wauters, crew chief) and these guys have really done their homework lately. It’s an accomplishment to beat the 33
(Ron Hornaday, Jr.) bunch here, that’s for sure. We got it done today. You know, it was a lot of fun. The 88 (Matt
Crafton) — man, I hate seeing the 88 finish second. I really wish he could get a win. I thank the fans for coming out
tonight. It was a great race. Thank NOS Energy Drink and all these guys on this pit crew — Billy Ballew Motorsports. I’m
pretty proud accomplishment to be here — five in a row. That’s pretty sweet. Undefeated back with Richie (Wauters, crew
chief) — that’s what’s even more fun.”

What are your chances of winning all three races this weekend?

“I hope I didn’t screw it up for tomorrow. I’ve never won here in a truck, but I won the Nationwide races here in the past
three times. So, looking to try to get the Nationwide win tomorrow. Dave (Rogers, crew chief) and all the guys on the
M&M’s Camry will be working hard tomorrow during ‘Happy Hour.’ Try to get us something capable enough of running
up front on Sunday. We’ll see what we can get. It would be pretty awesome to get them all three done here at Texas. I
wanted to win a truck race here for a long time — so this is pretty cool. As soon as I get a Cup win — another one we can
notch off the list.”

Did you have it when you needed it at the end?

“Yeah, we did. We made some good changes on this Miccousukee Tundra today and really brought the thing to life. I’m
really proud of Richie (Wauters, crew chief) and all these guys. This is an awesome race truck. This is the same one
(truck) we won with at Chicago. We’ve got a match to number 11 (chassis). This is (number) 32 here, 11 was always our
chassis that kicked butt, so now we found another one. All these guys, they do a great job.”

Are your trucks good every time you come to the track?

“For sure. You know, I really look forward to working with these guys and Richie (Wauters, crew chief) and everybody
that works so hard on this truck. We’ve got a lot of guys that probably don’t make a whole lot of money, but they dig in
real deep and they don’t quit. They don’t go home at five – they stay late. That’s what it takes in this sport. The dedication
and the people to make it happen. These guys here, they’ve been dedicated. They really work their butts off — it’s starting
to prevail for them. We’ve got five in a row now with myself and it’s a total of seven wins for Billy (Ballew, team owner).”

Did you run the truck pretty hard at the end and wear down the right front tire?

“Yeah, I did. I was trying to stay away from the 88 (Matt Crafton) catching me — I was trying to stay away from him. He
was running me down. He had a great truck. I hat seeing Matt (Crafton) finish second. He needs a win in this deal and
especially to me. We’re pretty good friends. I wish I could pull over and give it to him, but that wouldn’t be racing. Again,
I had to run hard and I ended up pushing the right front tire off for a little bit too much, probably. It lasted just enough,
man. Those lapped trucks that I had to get by in the last 10, 12, 15 laps, whatever it was – really hurt our performance of
the truck and so we were fairly able to hold off the 88 (Matt Crafton) – which is cool.”

Are the Toyotas getting better gas mileage than the other trucks?

“Chevrolet and Ford lobbied for Toyota to get a smaller plate and it helped our fuel mileage. So, thanks guys. That’s all
the difference right there. Those guys have a bigger spacer-plate, we have tapered spacers and they have a bigger one so it
allows more air to pass through. When you allow more air to pass through, it takes more fuel to keep the engine running
right. Those guys have worse fuel mileage than we do. The Toyota Tundras though, the guys in the engine shop at Triad,
they’ve been working real hard to get us more horsepower and at the same time use less fuel to get better fuel mileage.
Every engine builder does that, but our guys have made some gains this year in that area. All you can do is get it from the
crew chief. If you’re short, you may have to conserve, but if you’re good to go, then you just go. The Toyotas seem to get
about — in a full fuel run — we seem to get three to five laps more than those guys. It’s not significant, but it’s enough
where sometimes it can make the difference.”

RICHIE WAUTERS, crew chief, No. 51 Miccosukee Resort Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

What was your role in tonight’s win?

“When we started out tonight, we weren’t the best truck out there. We had problems, we were a little bit tight and a little bit
free at the same time. We made a few adjustments and it helped it. The last stop we made another adjustment and it was
the best the truck was all night. Of course, with Kyle (Busch) driving, he’s worth something there, too. We’ve been
working hard and the Toyota Tundra was the best it was all night long at the end.”

Finishing Position: 4th

How was your race tonight?

“It was a good run. We were free in practice and we thought we had adjusted it and got it better. It was just too free all
through the race. We kept adjusting it until it was as good as it was going to get. Our Copart Tundra was just too free. I got
behind Ron (Hornaday, Jr) and started racing him and got aero-tight and chassis-loose and it was a handful to hang onto. To
come home fourth, it’s not a win. It’s not a third or second, it’s a little disappointing.”

Are you disappointed with this finish?

“We were just too free. The way the rules package is, these Tundras they keep them from running with the other guys so we
have to trim them out and really be free. We stepped over the edge and had it too free. Kyle (Busch) again hit it right on the
money to get it right on without it being loose. It was still a good run. The Copart Tundra was fast. I’m disappointed, we
wanted to get another win at Texas, but fourth is good. The way the middle part of the season was going, I think it we had
five or six top-10s in a row, so I think we’re back in form. We’re doing things right. It’s about all you can do.”

Brian Scott

BRIAN SCOTT, No. 16 Albertsons Toyota Tundra, Xpress Motorsports

Finishing Position: 7th

How was your truck tonight?

“We had a really good Albertsons Toyota Tundra all night. I had to fight track position at the drop of the green — didn’t
have a perfect truck. Jeff Hensley (crew chief) and everybody on the Xpress crew, they made the right adjustments and in
the second run, man we were hauling. We were fast. I think, actually it wasn’t the second run because the first pit stop we
took gas only. After we got tires the next caution after that, we were flying. I think we were fast as any truck out there. We
drove out to fourth. We had a great four tire pit stop. Came back in and pulled out of the gas and a lapped down truck
pinned us in the pits and we gave away all the track position.”

MIKE SKINNER, No. 5 Exide Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 9th

Are you happy with another top 10 finish?

“It was another top-10. Our Zachry Toyota Tundra was pretty awesome tonight. The team did a great job because our truck
wasn’t very good at the start of the race. We fought a lot of issues until about three-quarters of the way through the race.
Jason Miller, the crew chief, and all the guys on our Zachry team did an excellent job. They finally got it fixed and we
came alive right there at the end. It was a little too late, but we were battling trying to catch up.

We needed another caution to put us in the show. From what we started with to how it ended up, we’re pretty proud and that says a lot about this racing team. It takes the force that we never give up and when our back is up against the wall, we just keep digging. It was pretty good. Not what we wanted, but a top -10 finish and we’ll hold up our head high and leave knowing we gave it everything we got. We just got beat by better trucks tonight and we’ll go win at Phoenix next week.”

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Las Vegas Motor Speedway – September 26, 2009

- Todd Bodine (fourth) was the highest finishing Toyota driver in Saturday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
(NCWTS) race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He started the race from the pole position and led twice for nine laps.

- Six Tundra drivers earned top-10 finishes at the one-and-a-half-mile Las Vegas oval, including Timothy Peters (fifth),
Mike Skinner (seventh), Aric Almirola (eighth), Brian Ickler (ninth) and Tayler Malsam (10th).

- Toyota drivers T.J. Bell (12th), David Starr (15th), Max Papis (18th), Brian Scott (19th), Stacy Compton (20th) and Terry
Cook (26th) were also in the field.

- Five Tundra drivers are among the top-10 in the unofficial point standings with Skinner (third), Scott (fourth), Bodine
(sixth), Peters (ninth) and Starr (10th).

TODD BODINE, No. 30 Lumber Liquidators Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing

Finishing Position: 4th

How was your race tonight?

“It was pretty good. We started off really loose in through the middle. We were really good off and we got that tightened up
then it was too tight off. We never got it fixed at the end of the race. To run with these Chevys, I’m pretty happy with it.
With a Toyota, we have to keep it wound up in the middle of the corner, we can’t bog it off the corner – we’re dead. That’s
what was wrong with the end. That was a good run.”

Are you happy with tonight’s finish?

“It feels fantastic to get a top-five finish in the Lumber Liquidators Tundra. There were a couple spins tonight that probably
should have happened but we were able to save the truck. Nothing fell off the truck, we didn’t get a flat tire or anything like
that – and our pit crew had another awesome night on pit road. This has been probably the toughest year of my career. Our
performance hasn’t been bad, we’ve just had bad luck and it’s been a hard last few weeks for our team.

After what we’ve
been through, we’re pretty happy the Lumber Liquidators Tundra has come out of here in fourth. It’s been great to have
Lumber Liquidators back with us for a few races this season. They have a great promotion going on for race fans that ends
this weekend. Check it out at LLFLOORS.com.”

TIMOTHY PETERS, No. 17 Strutmasters Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing

Finishing Position: 5th

What did you think of tonight’s race?

“We had great strategy in the pits. Chad Kendrick (crew chief) and all the Strutmasters.com team did a great job. Tom
DeLoach (team owner), can’t say enough about him for giving me an awesome opportunity and Toyota. It feels good to
come to Vegas and finish fifth.”

What did you think of the delay in the start of the race due to lights?

“I was ready to go. It was like racing in South Boston Speedway back in South Boston, Virginia. I was ready to go but
NASCAR has our best interests. All in all, it was a good night.”

MIKE SKINNER, No. 5 PC Miller Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 7th

How was your Tundra in tonight’s race?

“Our practice today was phenomenal. We really thought we were going to win the race tonight. It was sad. We got
something going on with the front springs or something. I think they’re timed out or something. The truck just went away
and it does that on these bumpier race tracks. It’s done it about four times this year and it starts bouncing really, really hard
and it went away. That was a shame because we had such a good Tundra earlier today. It was really tough.”

What’s your plans during the two off weeks?

“I have a bunch of stuff going at our new house. I’m going to spend some time with Eric (Phillips, crew chief) and we’re
going to work on these trucks and try to get these thing figured out a little bit better so we’ll run better at Texas.”

ARIC ALMIROLA, No. 51 Miccosukee Resort Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 8th

BRIAN ICKLER, No. 15 AKawareness.com / Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 9th

What did you think about your finish tonight?

“We didn’t have the best qualifying effort. I started towards the back. Got a little skirmish actually, the thing started
pushing up towards the wall and I tried to jerk it away from the wall so it wouldn’t flat-side it and I ended up spinning and
going through the grass. I thought I tore the splitter off it, but got pretty lucky there, actually. We kept coming in down pit
road and working on it. I ended up finishing ninth, so all in all, I don’t think it was that bad of a day for what it could have
been. I definitely wish we could have started this one over.”

Can you talk about your relationship with your spotter Tom Busch, a Las Vegas native?

“Tom is my spotter in pretty much everything I’ve been driving lately. He’s seen it all. There’s a lot of coaching from the
roof. I see him more than I see anyone in my life, really. We’re on the road together every weekend racing Late Models,
ARCA cars or the Truck Series. We spend a lot of time together and get along good. I really like having him spot. He has
a lot of knowledge to pass on.”

TAYLER MALSAM, No. 81 One-Eighty Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 10th

How was your race?

“It started off kind of sketchy with that spin in the beginning. Doug (Wolcott, crew chief) and the guys did a good job of
keeping me cool and get my confidence back up. I didn’t have much confidence after that deal. Overall it was a good race.
We got finished and got the truck home in one piece.”

What happened with that spin?

“I got aero-loose and spun. It was a rookie mistake, I guess.”

(Monday, September 21, 2009) – Stacy Compton has always been strong in “The Granite State” and that continued on Saturday afternoon in the Heluva Good! 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway when Compton drove the No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota Tundra to a sixth place finish after running near the top-five for most of the day. The finish helped launch Compton to 10th in the 2009 Championship Title Chase where he is only 11 points away from moving into ninth position.

Compton was the second-best finishing Toyota Tundra after NASCAR Sprint Cup Series regular Kyle Busch took the win for Toyota in the 200 lap race. Compton’s sixth place run was three spots shy of his best career performance at the Loudon, N.H. oval, but was a welcomed sign for the team whose goal is to finish in the top-five every week in which they race.

Stacy Compton

“It was a little disappointing that we did not get a top-five finish,” said Compton after the race. “We got rooted a little bit by the 13 (Johnny Sauter) right there on the last lap. But that’s just hard racing on the last lap. It’s a shame. We had a good truck and great pit stops all day long. Marcus (Richmond, Crew Chief) made good calls all day.”

Compton’s crew was equally as good, picking up spots on pit road where it really counts. “We’ll take it,” Compton continued. “We just need to keep doing stuff like this and building on it. We ran in the top-seven all day. We got shuffled back one time when some guys did some pit strategy, but when everything played out we were able to get a sixth place finish. I can’t thank my team enough for all their hard work preparing this truck for New Hampshire and for pulling off some impressive stops on pit road. It was a good day for us.”

With his sixth place run, Compton closed the gap in the point standings and is only 29 points out of seventh place. Compton will have his next shot to make up ground in the standings when the series heads west to Nevada for the Qwik Liner Las Vegas 350 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The race will come to you live courtesy of the SPEED Channel at 9 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 26th.

Iowa Speedway – September 5, 2009

- Tundra driver Mike Skinner won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race Saturday night at Iowa
Speedway in the Randy Moss Motorsports No. 5 Toyota of Des Moines Tundra.

- Skinner, who started from the pole position, led 180 (of 200) laps en route to his second NCWTS win of the season.

-The win marks the 27th victory of Skinner’s NCWTS career (11 in a Tundra), the ninth series victory by Toyota in 2009
and 60th since joining series competition in 2004.

- Skinner earned his 33rd pole in a Tundra Saturday and the 65th pole for Toyota since 2004.

- Tundra driver Aric Almirola earned a career best finish with a second-place result.

- Toyota drivers T.J. Bell (seventh), Timothy Peters (eighth), Brian Scott (ninth) and Tayler Malsam (10th) also earned top-
10 results at the .875-mile Iowa tri-oval.

- Other Tundra drivers in the field were Terry Cook (11th), Stacy Compton (16th), Brian Ickler (18th), Todd Bodine (19th)
and David Starr (26th).

- Six Tundra drivers are currently in the top-10 in the unofficial NCWTS point standings – Skinner (third), Scott (fourth),
Bodine (fifth), Starr (seventh), Peters (ninth) and Cook (10th).

Finishing Position: 1st

How good does it feel to win tonight?

“This one only took us a couple of hours, the last one took three days. I’ll tell you, this Tundra, Jon Dysinger (engine
builder) and those guys up there at Triad, they do such a fantastic job. This team, David Dollar (co-owner, Randy Moss
Motorsports), Randy Moss (co-owner, Randy Moss Motorsports) you better call me! It was just awesome. Toyota of Des
Moines, Exide Batteries, PC Miler Navigator folks are up here tonight and they were nice enough to help out Tayler
(Malsam) on his truck. Man, that was awesome.”

Was your truck as dominate as it looked tonight?

“I tell you, all I did tonight was ride on a thoroughbred. I think I hurt Eric’s (Phillips, crew chief) feelings a little bit
yesterday because we took an old backup truck that our teammate gave us that Jeff Hensley and I actually built a couple of
years ago and it was faster than this truck and I was struggling to not keep that truck out and race it. And Eric (Phillips,
crew chief) said, ‘Just work with me.

Just give me a chance and I’ll fix this thing and get it going.’ He went in there and he
started building shocks and he really, really won this race. The driver screwed up on pit road but the crew chief did a
fantastic job with the truck. Man, it drove good. All of the adjustments and everything was just really, really good. We
struggled on pit road this year a lot and tonight they were flawless. The only flaw they had was the driver and we overcame
it.”

How important was your win tonight?

“Every win is important. Probably one of the proudest moments in my whole racing career other than the first ever points
race at Phoenix where we had to pass Terry Labonte sideways on the last corner to win, the Bristol trophy stands out -
that’s huge. I’ve got a trophy at Daytona that’s huge, but we’ve been very, very blessed in our career to get the first of
things. We won the first championship, we won the first points race and tonight we won the first race at Iowa.

We’ve just been very, very blessed with being able to do that. I’m all for adding some more new tracks. This is pretty cool. Really,
I’m all for coming back to Iowa two or three times. I just love this place. We came up here and tested a couple years ago
before they banned the testing policy and we were just really, really fast. We took that truck to Kentucky and didn’t really
do anything to it and won the race. So I knew when we came back to Iowa this style of track suits my driving style.
Obviously it suits Eric (Phillips, crew chief). He did a fantastic job setting the truck up.”

Were you out of gas at the end of the race?

“Well, the motor died coming off of (turn) four there. I don’t know if it was a pick up thing or vapor lock or what it did. It
just quit and it quit off of (turn) two and then it quit off of (turn) four. The pressure went all the way down. I think it might
have boiled some fuel or something. I just nursed her along there and this thing was so fast through the corner it didn’t
matter what it was doing on the straightaway.”

How did you feel on the final restart?

“I was really, really nervous. I started the race in the same place all night and I figured the competition would be thinking,
‘Well, he’s going to change it up. He’s going to do something different.’ So I started it in the same place. Sometimes the
biggest surprise is no surprise. We got a really good restart and we came off of (turn) two over there and got back around
there and I came off of four and the thing ran out of gas and I looked at the gauge and the fuel pressure was at zero and the
thing picked back up. I shook it around a little bit.

I yelled at Eric (Phillips, crew chief) and said, ‘I think we’re out of gas,
we’re out of gas!’ He’s like, ‘Well just keep going. What do you want me to do about it?’ It picked back up and she made
it back around and had enough left for a burnout. So it obviously wasn’t out of gas. Maybe it vapor locked or got hot or
something. Maybe my nerves got some air in it, I’m not sure.”

ERIC PHILLIPS, crew chief, No. 5 Toyota of Des Moines Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

What did you think of Mike Skinner’s win tonight?

“I knew we had a good truck yesterday. Like Mike (Skinner) said, he liked that other truck but we’ve run this truck a lot.
It’s been really good to us. It seems to be really good in race mode and I told him to just stick with me and we’d work on it.
And we did make it a lot better. All of my guys did a good job. I knew we had a good truck last night. I’ve been about half
sick today, it seems like it’s been so long with the race starting at nine. I’m just really proud of all of the guys on this
Tundra and Mike (Skinner) and everybody working on this thing all weekend.”

Aric Almirola

ARIC ALMIROLA, No. 15 Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 2nd

Can you talk about your run tonight?

“It was a weird night. We weren’t very good either in practice yesterday and my guys worked really, really hard. They
were dirty from head to toe, covered in grease and everything else yesterday. We changed everything but the driver and just
couldn’t find any speed. We went pretty much back to how we unloaded and fired off today and we were really good. Not
really sure what we were fighting there yesterday but our Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota was real good today. We
struggled a little bit in the pits tonight but thankfully enough this tire was hard enough that we could take two tires there at
the end and we held on for second.”

How does it feel to earn your career best finish in this series?

“It feels good. I’ve run in the truck series quite a bit and to not get any better finishes than this is obviously a little
disappointing. To be able to come home second, and that is a career best, I’m proud of that. I’m proud of all my guys and
I’m proud of Billy Ballew Motorsports. It seems like we’ve run really well. We’ve run top-five I think six or seven of the
last eight or nine races that we’ve run.

We’re always up front. We’re always running good. It’s a lot of fun and I enjoy
racing when you can race like that. I want to thank Billy Ballew a lot for the opportunity that he’s given me. Man, we’re
just so close and if we keep running like this and if we keep putting ourselves in contention to win races and we can see the
front eventually it will happen.”

How were your pit stops tonight?
“Our first stop was pretty bad and we just lost so much track position. I knew we had to get it back. I told Doug (George,
crew chief) we had to get it back somehow, someway so we took two tires. That was a great call on Doug’s (George, crew
chief) part to get us back up there. I just want to thank Graceway Pharmaceuticals for coming back onboard this weekend.
Billy Ballew (team owner) is just trying everything he can to get this race truck to the race track every single weekend and
Graceway Pharmaceuticals stepped up big for us. I just want to thank them and thank these fans. What an awesome race
track and the fans here are just awesome and so enthusiastic.”

Did you think you had a shot to pass Mike Skinner on the final restart?

“No. Obviously the thought crosses your mind. You don’t ever give up on yourself or your race team. So anytime you’re
running second with five to go you’d think that you’d like to have a shot to win the race, but man (Mike) Skinner was
unbelievable tonight. His truck was really good. It turned really good. He had good forward bite and our truck just wasn’t
good enough to do that. If we made it turn good, it would turn too good. And if we snugged it up it wouldn’t turn good
enough. We really were on a razorblade tonight as far as trying to get our truck to handle the way we wanted it to. It would
just go from loose to tight and we could never get a happy medium.”

T.J. BELL, No. 11 Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing

Finishing Position: 11th

How was your race tonight?

“After the way we started off the weekend, we’ll take eleventh. We made a lot of gains from where we were during
practice yesterday and I actually thought we have a good shot at a top-ten finish here. But we just got really tight whenever
we were in traffic. I couldn’t get up behind anyone and get a run on him because we lost the nose and pushed up the track.
It was really bad in turns three and four. But it was a good points night for us, we gained points on just about everyone
we’re battling in the standings.”

STACY COMPTON, No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota Tundra, Wyler Racing

Finishing Position: 16th

BRIAN ICKLER, No. 51 Miccosukee Resort & Casino Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 26th

What happened to take you out of the race?

“I went down into turn one that lap and felt contact in the left rear quarter panel. I tried to catch it but it shot up the track. We
made some pretty good contact with the wall and tore the truck up. I’m okay, just a little upset. We’re trying to get up and
finish in the top five in the points and the past two weeks have hurt. We’re disappointed but we aren’t going to give up.
We’re going to regroup and head to St. Louis and try to win that race and turn our momentum around.”

(September 1, 2009) – Stacy Compton was one of only a handful of drivers who had ever raced at Chicagoland Speedway and his experience combined with great pit strategy allowed him to claim his career best finish at the 1.5-mile oval while driving the No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota in Friday night’s inaugural EnjoyIllinois.com 225 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race. Compton’s best previous finish at Chicagoland Speedway came in 2003 when he drove in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and finished 19th.

“It was a decent weekend,” said Compton, who was expected to be very competitive heading into Friday’s 150 lap event. “We unloaded and we weren’t very good. The entire first day, we really weren’t where we needed to be. Marcus (Richmond, Crew Chief), Tom (Buzze, General Manager), myself sat down after practice with Toyota and went back and looked at our notes from previous races and came up with a plan for the next morning. The first lap on the race track the next day, we were much quicker than we were the day before. The guys really dug in hard and got us a lot closer to where we needed to be for the race”

Their hard work paid off when Compton paced the oval in qualifying and laid down a fast lap of 31.590 seconds at a speed of 170.940 miles per hour, setting him up for an eighth place starting spot. “We had a pretty decent qualifying run and a decent race,” said Compton. “We never could get the truck exactly where we needed it, but we certainly got it a lot better.”

Stacy Compton

Compton’s Toyota was better due in part by smart pit calls by his Crew Chief. “Marcus threw a lot of different stuff at it and we got it better at times,” Compton said. “Going back and looking at it, we think we had a right front spring that gave up on us. But Marcus tried to keep up with the race track and kept making changes and making good pit calls, and kept us in a position that when we got it straightened out, we were going to come away with a decent run. And that’s what we did. He put us in a position to stay on the lead lap. When everyone started pitting, he made a great pit call to take one can of fuel betting on a caution, and sure enough, a caution came out. Once again, it was great pit calls on Marcus’ part.”

Compton was 11th in the 2009 Championship Title Chase heading into the EnjoyIllinois.com 225, and even though he slid a spot to 12th, he closed the gap on 10th. Compton is currently sitting 12th, just one point out of 11th and only four points out of the top-10.

“It wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for, but still come home 12th, that’s not a bad weekend,” Compton concluded.

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Chicagoland Speedway — August 28, 2009

- Tundra driver Kyle Busch captured the checkered flag in tonight’s inaugural NCWTS race at Chicagoland Speedway.
It was the fourth NCWTS win of the season for Busch. Earlier this year he picked up NCWTS wins at California, Atlanta
and Bristol.

- It was the eighth NCWTS win of the 2009 season for Toyota and the 59th win for Toyota since the beginning of the 2004
NCWTS season.

- Tundra driver Todd Bodine finished second — his seventh top-10 finish of the 2009 season.

- Busch (79 laps) and Bodine (39 laps) combined to lead 118 of the 150 laps in tonight’s race.

- Busch has now won Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series races at Chicagoland.

- Tundra drivers Aric Almirola (eighth) Timothy Peters (ninth), Terry Cook (10th), Stacy Compton (12th), Mike Skinner
(13th) and TJ Bell (15th) also recorded top-15 finishes tonight.

No. 51 Miccosukee Resort Toyota Tundra

KYLE BUSCH, No. 51 Miccosukee Resort & Casino Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 1st

How special is this win tonight?

“It’s pretty cool, man. This is awesome to come out here with a brand new piece. Thank all these guys from Billy Ballew
Motorsports — the pit crew did a good job tonight. I really want to thank the fans, Miccosukee, Tundra, Toyota — all those
guys that do such an awesome job for us — Gillette, Marquis Jets. Richie (Wauters, crew chief) made a good pit call there
in the beginning of the race to take tires when we did. Luckily, they had that long green flag run. We made it look like we
knew what we were doing and that long run just hurt everybody else — got them behind (Ron) Hornaday, Jr., — he was a
good truck tonight. The 88 (Matt Crafton) was a good truck tonight, too. The right pit strategy kept us up front there. We
had a little trouble coming through traffic sometimes, but once you get up front in clean air — the thing just takes off.”

How did you make the pass on the late restart?

“The pass on the restart I just had to make sure that I got a good restart when I got a good run on him (Todd Bodine) down
on the bottom-side — I just had to stay there. I just had to keep going. Even if he pinched me into turn three, I was going to
have to keep my nose in there because that was the only position I had on him — I had to keep my position. He raced me
great. (Todd) Bodine did a great job — helped Toyota get a win here. He was a fast truck, too — but we kept them Fords
back there. Hopefully, we can do it again.”

Kyle Busch wins the EnjoyIllinois.com 225

How was your truck throughout the race?

“It was a really good night for us. The Miccosukee Tundra was pretty good. We were real proud of the way that we
brought a brand new truck here out of the box. We were dragging in practice a little bit. We had to work through a few
things to get the truck off the race track. It still was hitting during the race — just brushing the race track a little bit. We’re
going to take it home, work on it a little bit, polish it up and get it ready for the next one. Richie (Wauters, crew chief) and
Billy (Ballew, team owner) and all these guys work so hard — they do a great job with not a lot. Real proud of the effort we
had here — a fun night, overall.

The pit strategy worked to our advantage — I think with 20 laps into the race, or something
like that — I thought it was early to get tires, but we decided to get them. Then we went a long run there. I think we went
80 laps or something green and it really paid to our side — I didn’t think it would, but it did. We had a strong truck. We just
had to make sure we kept the right tires on it and kept the right adjustments in it and got the thing up towards the front there.
So, real proud of the way the thing drove out front. It was a little loose in traffic, but fortunately we were able to make it
through the traffic okay.”

What allowed you to make the pass on the late restart?

“I knew I needed a long run. If I could have had a long run, I felt like I could get by him. If I could have got it done in the
first couple laps of a restart, then I knew it would be easier. I just figured that if I could get a good restart — which I really
didn’t get that great of a restart — I got through turns one and two really good, you could hold it wide open for the first few
laps after a restart.

I got a good run through (turns) one and two — sort of drafted up off him a little bit, pulled low down the
back straightaway and got just enough alongside of him that it broke his momentum a little bit and I was able to get him to
give me room getting into turn three. If he (Todd Bodine) didn’t give me room it might have gotten a little ugly, but we made
it work. So, Todd (Bodine) was very gracious and a great racer there — and spared the day for Toyota to finish one-two.”

How does it feel to have won in all three NASCAR series at Chicagoland?

“It’s definitely an accomplishment. I love being able to win races in anything, anywhere — and I don’t know if this is my
fifth venue, or what that I’ve done it at. I’ve got Phoenix done. I’ve got California done. There are five — I can’t name
them all. But, I’m trying for more. So, hopefully we can get some more in there. I’d love to be able to get a sweep at every
place that I’ve been to — time will tell that — hopefully down the road. It’s cool to win here in Chicago. My parents are
from just outside (Chicago) in the suburbs. They grew up around this area. My girlfriend is from around here — just across
the border in Indiana. So, it’s really cool to sort of come to this second home in the Midwest and win in front of all the
family and friends here.”

Todd Bodine, No. 30 Ventrilo Toyota Tundra

TODD BODINE, No. 30 Ventrilo Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing

Finishing Position: 2nd

What happened on the late race restart and the pass for the lead?

“When Kyle (Busch) got by me I got too good a restart. Got some space in between us and it’s a lot like Daytona racing
and he got a draft on me and drafted past me. I should have thought of that. It’s my own fault. We had a better truck than
he (Kyle Busch) had — that’s the way it goes. This Ventrilo Tundra was still really good. It wasn’t that good to start. We
made some great adjustments and got it handling real good. I could run wide-open when I was by myself. That’s how you
go fast around here. Unfortunately, Kyle (Busch) got in front of me.”

(Friday, August 21, 2009) – Stacy Compton survived the O’Reilly 200 presented by Valvoline and drove his way to his fifth top-10 finish of the year on Wednesday night, under the lights, at the World’s Fastest Half-Mile of Bristol Motor Speedway. Compton ran as high as fifth before a late race body slam sent his No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota back to 15th with 20 laps remaining in the 200 lap race. Compton methodically maneuvered through the field in the closing laps to claim ninth place at the world renowned 0.533-mile high-banked oval.

“It was a good weekend,” said Compton after the race. “Marcus (Richmond, Crew Chief) made some great pit calls. With the luck of the draw, we had to go out first in qualifying which is not good at Bristol.” Rain had washed all of the rubber off the race track and jet dryers had been pacing the oval dropping jet fuel on the track, leaving conditions for qualifying a virtual unknown. “We knew we were put in a little bit of a hole,” Compton explained. “I felt like we were going to qualify in the top-10 if we would have got a good draw. No doubt, I feel like that cost us 10 or 12 positions. (Todd) Bodine went out pretty early as well as Tayler Malsam and all of us were back there in the mid to high-20’s for the start of the race.” Compton’s fastest qualifying lap was 16.190 seconds at a speed of 118.518, which was good enough for the 23rd starting spot. “We just had to make the best of it.”

At the start of the race, Compton’s Toyota was running well. “We made up some ground early, and then Marcus made a great pit call and got us some track position. It was a great plan; Marcus played pit strategy better than it could have been dreamed out. We got track position early by just taking fuel and were able to stay out. Our truck was good enough that we were able to maintain when everybody else took tires. We were able to stay there and run in the top-10 all night. Then, right there at the end, we came in and put tires on and the truck got tight.”

Stacy Compton

While running in the top-10 and battling a tight truck, Compton was on the outside of Rick Crawford when the two made contact. “Right there at the end it looked like (Rick) Crawford cut a tire and got into us and we went from fifth or sixth back to about 15th with around 20 to go. It actually got us up and into the outside wall. We were able to get back to ninth before the race was over, so all it all it wasn’t a bad weekend.”

It was a good point’s day for Compton, who moved up one position to 11th in the 2009 Championship Title Chase and now sits only 47 points out of 7th. “One of our goals is just to run in the top-10 every week and we were able to do that this week,” said Compton. “We ran in the top-10 all day, but circumstances didn’t allow us to finish where we could have but still, to come away having survived Bristol is always a good thing. We survived and got a top-10 out of it.”

Finishing Position: 1st

What makes you so strong at Bristol Motor Speedway?

“I love this place. It’s fun for all of us drivers. It’s a fun place to race and for some reason I have really taken to the new
surface. I love the old surface, I love the new one. I really have to thank Miccosukee, Toyota, NOS Energy Drink, the fans
- great fans for coming out on a Wednesday night. Luckily, we have a day off tomorrow. The fans don’t – they have to go
over to Bristol Speed Street and have some fun over there. Thank Gillette, Marquis Jets and everybody else that makes this
program possible. Billy Ballew for putting Richie (Wauters, crew chief) and I back together. We knew we were going to
come here with a fast truck – we’ve been fast every time we’ve been here. It was exciting to be able to capitalize like that
tonight.”

How will this win help you in the Nationwide and Sprint Cup races at Bristol this weekend?

“It just gets the momentum going and tells you that you can do it. You finish second, fifth, 10th, whatever – third in
Nationwide and truck series races and you can’t win on the Cup side. It’s like, man, it’s a downer, it’s a downer and you
don’t feel very good about yourself. I’m my self’s biggest critic. This definitely helps out and gets me back in the right
mindset and gets me back in the right frame.

I love coming to Bristol anyway in the fall. I always run well here. I’m
looking forward to the Nationwide race – we should have won five in a row on that side, but we’ve had pit issues or
miscues by myself or whatever. We’ll get back on it. I want to say congrats to Matt Crafton – even though he finished
second to me and (Ron) Hornaday was third it really didn’t gain him any points. He’s trying to get up there and get those
guys – we’re trying to get the owner’s deal, but unfortunately one-two-three in points were one-two-three tonight.”

Were you confident that you had enough fuel to make it on only the one pit stop?

“We did this last year and we made it so I wasn’t really concerned. Richie (Wauters, crew chief) and these guys do a good
job at that and the Toyota guys get awesome fuel mileage for us. We’ve seen Dennis Setzer make it 200 laps at Mansfield
one time and this place is bigger than that – carries a lot more speed and a lot more throttle. We were just able to conserve
what we needed and obviously there was enough for a burnout and everything. Hopefully, the fans enjoyed that and we’ll
be able to take this on and hopefully go out the rest of the year and win a few more. Hopefully we can sweep this
weekend.”

How special is your chemistry with this race team?

“I love Billy (Ballew, owner) to death and all these guys. Doug (George, 15 crew chief) and all the guys on the 15 (Aric
Almirola) truck this weekend, all the guys that were with me earlier this year on the 51. It’s just amazing – the guys at the
shop do a great job working on these things and building them and making them what we need them to be. Unfortunately,
the 15 (Almirola) didn’t have the night they were looking for, but we certainly did and we’re proud of that.

Of course, the 88 (Matt Crafton) and the 33 (Ron Hornaday) were battling for point and they finished right behind us. Matt (Crafton), he didn’t gain any ground on the 33 (Hornaday) so unfortunately for those guys, they have to go another week. Hopefully we can too and we can get a couple more wins.”

How was your race overall tonight?

“It was a good night for us. I’m really proud of the whole Miccosukee Toyota team, they did a great job. It’s hard to come
out here every week and race with minimal guys, but we try to do it and we do the best we can. Real proud of all the guys
that we had today – I worked them to death in practice. I didn’t really think we had a great truck. It was close, it was about
the same as what we had last year – just a few minor differences so we just tried to improve on that a little bit. Throughout
the race there in the first little bit, we started coming forward – we started using the top and kind of snookered guys. We
were the first ones up there and the first ones to make it work.

I got up to the lead and then pitted – we had to pass a couple more guys that didn’t pit – the 17 (Timothy Peters), the 16 (Brian Scott) and the 23 (Jason White) – he was a battle and that was fun. Jason White, he’s a close friend of Denny’s (Hamlin) and a friend of mine and he was having a moment there so it was a battle for sure. He was tough and he had a good truck. I’m proud of those guys too – they had a good truck. Jason (White) did a good job with what he had to do. Unfortunately, there he had to pit and he wasn’t on quite the right pit strategy, but from there we made it work. I thought (Matt) Crafton was coming, but he couldn’t get me on the long run. Our truck was good and it just kept ticking and kept going. I’m just real proud of how well it ran tonight.”

From a point’s perspective, how does tonight’s race compare to what the Nationwide and Cup races will be like for you?
“You’re 90 percent right over here, there’s still another 10 percent that we are trying to chase in points to get the owner’s
deal. We can take risks a lot more here than we can anywhere else. Nationwide stuff – we’ve got a good point lead, but
you’re never comfortable. You just have to keep ticking and keep plugging away.

We’ve been fast every time we’ve been
here the past few times in the Nationwide car – we just haven’t put it all together. We need a good, solid night on Friday
night to put it all together to try to win this thing. We can be fast and we have the cars capable of winning, we just haven’t
been able to produce the result. On Saturday night we’ve been really good here in the Cup cars too. Again, we’ll just try to
work on the car to the best we can to make it good. I’ve never really qualified well here in that car so if we qualify in the
back and then work our way up towards the front – hopefully our car will be good on the long run – that’s what we need.
Then we can capitalize on a strong run here – we need a top-five. If we finish in the top-five these next three races then
we’ll make the ‘Chase.’ If we can do that then we’ll be okay.”

How does this win help you heading into the next three Cup races?

“I think the win does help because it just sets the tone for the weekend. It kind of gives myself a little momentum rolling
back into this deal. I’ve been frustrated lately thinking it’s been me that haven’t been able to win races and when you can
get a vehicle that’s capable of winning and you win with it – it shows that you still have it and you can still do it. I had a
late model race after Indy that I won – I had a good car. I had a late model race just this past week that I was running up
front and we broke and then tonight we won.

the past few weeks have been good – we’ve been getting better on the Cup
side. I feel like we have the opportunity to win these next three. Atlanta might be a little bit tough because the competition
has really caught up to us here as of late. Last year we finished first and fifth there and this spring we ran 19th, three laps
down. It definitely changed a lot this spring and we need to get back to a little bit more of something that we did last year
and try to finish fifth. Just take a fifth and get out there and go to Richmond where we, for some reason, knock on wood,
seem to run well there so I love going there.”

Brian Scott

BRIAN SCOTT, No. 16 Albertsons Toyota Tundra, Xpress Motorsports

Finishing Position: 5th

How much fun was it to race against Ryan Newman in the closing laps?

“That was a lot of fun to be able to race a Cup veteran like that and race him hard. For him to show me respect and for me
to rough him up a little bit and still have good respect between us. It was a good night for our Albertson’s Tundra. A fun
night here at Bristol – it’s fun racing under the lights and it’s fun racing hard like that. I’ll do that everyday of the week.”

Were you able to use the second groove during the race?

“The second groove was really good early and I was really good on it early, but then it just went away from me. It just
disappeared – we didn’t have enough front grip to keep it turning. It took away a lot of the ability to pass and run fast, but
still a good night.”

Aric Almirola

ARIC ALMIROLA, No. 15 Graceway Pharmaceuticals Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 6th

How was your race truck tonight?

“It was pretty good. I don’t know if we had a bad set of tires in practice or what, but we started the race way, way too loose.
I was just hanging on for dear life. These guys worked really, really hard in the pits and they made a lot of changes. We
came down pit road a lot and gave up a lot of track position, but they got the truck driving a lot better and it turned out to be
a decent night for us.”

David Starr

DAVID STARR, No. 24 Zachry Toyota Tundra, HT Motorsports

Finishing Position: 7th

How was your race truck today?

“Our Zachry Toyota Tundra was pretty awesome today. When our backs are up against the walls, we just keep fighting and
keep digging. We weren’t very good during practice and in second practice we weren’t very good, but we just stayed on
our game plan. Everybody just worked hard and we never gave up. We battled back from adversity and got a decent finish
of seventh. When the race started I felt like we were anywhere from a 15th to a 20th-place truck.

It doesn’t matter where you start – it’s how you finish. We fought all the way to the end. It just shows you the character of this racing team and the attitude, the morale – they just never give up. Everybody just keeps a smile on their race and they keep digging even when we have our backs up against the wall. I can’t say enough about this race team. We didn’t get what we wanted – we wanted to win, but we got a decent finish to keep us in the championship points so we’ll take it.”

<img src="http://www.catchfence.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/bell.jpg" alt="T.J.
How was your race truck tonight?
“It was really good – our Toyota Tundra was awesome. I just wish I could have communicated with the guys a little bit better.
It’s hard to give them hand signals for loose-in and tight-off so I had to pick one and we tightened it up a little bit. It kind of
hurt us, but all in all for the circumstances and way this year has gone I am really happy with Red Horse Racing Tundra
tonight.”

What happened that caused your early accident?

“We missed the set-up pretty good and it was really loose. I tried to conserve a little bit and save the tires. The leaders
started coming so I had to get going. The guys in front of me were racing pretty hard. I finally got under Tayler Malsam
and we were so loose – he pinched me down and sucked me around. Believe it or not – you get sucked around at Bristol.
But I got loose and I got into him – it was my fault. It wasn’t anything that Tayler (Malsam) did wrong at all. We just
missed the set-up.”

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Nashville Superspeedway – August 1, 2009

- Brian Scott (second) was the highest-finishing Toyota driver in Saturday night’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
(NCWTS) Toyota Tundra 200 at Nashville Superspeedway.

- Timothy Peters started on the pole and led the first 33 laps. He finished fourth.

- Other Tundra drivers in the top-20 were Tayler Malsam (ninth), T.J. Bell (10th), Travis Kvapil (11th), Blake Feese (12th),
Todd Bodine (13th), Mike Skinner (14th), Stacy Compton (15th), David Starr (18th) and Terry Cook (19th).

- Peters captured the pole position for tonight’s race — the 64th pole for Toyota since entering the NCWTS at the start of
the 2004 season.

BRIAN SCOTT, No. 16 Albertsons Toyota Tundra, Xpress Motorsports

Finishing Position: 2nd

Is there any consolation finishing second to Ron Hornaday, Jr. — who has won five straight races?

“He’s the man in the truck series. I congratulate Ron (Hornaday, Jr.) on five in a row — that’s an awesome accomplishment.
I hope some day to accomplish something like that in my career. Our Albertson’s Toyota Tundra was just great. I wish I
could have taken a Toyota to victory lane tonight for Toyota and for everybody here. The fans — I have to thank all of them
for sitting through the rain storm. We took a run at it. We just weren’t good enough. I’m real proud of my guys. I’m
really happy about second — that was a good run. Everybody wants that Les Paul guitar by Sam Bass — it’s the coolest
trophy out there. Tonight wasn’t our night to get it and Ron (Hornaday, Jr.) — he’s a legend, he’s the man.”

Did you have anything for Ron Hornaday, Jr. on the last restart?

“We had a restart there and I didn’t know if he was okay on fuel or what. But, as soon as we took the green and went into
the corner I was just tighter and figured out we had a right front tire going down. We didn’t have the front end grip and the
turning like we needed to, to take a shot at him (Ron Hornaday, Jr.). I tried and he was just awfully good. But, second for
our Albertson’s Toyota Tundra is pretty good tonight.”

What was your thinking taking two tires on the last pit stop?

“On the competition caution (lap 35) we took four tires and almost everybody else took two — we just wanted to look at
everything. We didn’t think that left side tires were wearing as much as right sides. So, on the next stop that allowed us to
go for just two right sides and keep our left sides. That got our track position back that we surrendered so badly on the first
stop. It gave us a chance to make a run at the win, we were just a little too tight to do it.”

TIMOTHY PETERS, No. 17 Strutmasters Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing

Finishing Position: 4th

How was your race tonight?

“It was pretty wild. That’s what you get in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Our Strutmasters.com Tundra
really ran good. We sat on the pole. Clean air was just so important and we just got stuck back there. We just got too tight.
All in all it was a great night. I have to thank Chip Lofton at Strutmasters and Tom DeLoach at Red Horse Racing –
they’ve given me an awesome opportunity and we’re now going to Bristol.”

TAYLER MALSAM, No. 81 One Eighty Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 9th

T.J. BELL, No. 11 Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra, Red Horse Racing

Finishing Position: 10th

TRAVIS KVAPIL, No. 51 Miccosukee Resort & Casino Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 11th

BLAKE FEESE, No. 15 Billy Ballew Motorsports Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 12th

TODD BODINE, No. 30 Ventrilo Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing

Finishing Position: 13th

What happened at the end of the race?

“If the tires didn’t give out (near the end of the race) we would have had a fourth-place finish with the Ventrilo Tundra. If I
got close to Timothy (Peters), the truck just pushed really bad. We were definitely a top-five Toyota if we hadn’t had to pit at
the end.”

MIKE SKINNER, No. 5 PC Miler Navigator Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Finishing Position: 14th

Can you get back into the championship points race?

“Well, if we run like we’ve been running — of course we can. Right now, the KHI stuff with (Ron) Hornaday, Jr. — they are in
their own zip code. I’ve said it again, these guys (at Randy Moss Motorsports) have done a lot with a fourth of the amount of
money it takes to do this right. I’m very proud of these guys. We missed it this week. We missed it right off the trailer. We
never ran good in practice.

We put up some decent laps. What happens is you get to thinking you’re not as bad as you really
are. But, I knew we were bad and we never got it fixed. Everybody at Randy Moss Motorsports worked their tails off. The
pit stops were actually halfway decent tonight. I want to make sure to thank PC Miler Navigator and Exide — and everybody
that works with us — keep the faith.”

STACY COMPTON, No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota Tundra, Wyler Racing

Finishing Position: 15th

DAVID STARR, No. 24 Zachry Toyota Tundra, HT Motorsports

Finishing Position: 18th

TERRY COOK, No. 25 Cajun Industries Toyota Tundra, HT Motorsports

Finishing Position: 19th

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

O’Reilly Raceway Park – July 24, 2009

- Mike Skinner (second) was the highest-finishing Toyota driver in Friday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
(NCWTS) race at O’Reilly Raceway Park near Indianapolis. Skinner led 61 of 200 laps.

- Aric Almirola (third), Tayler Malsam (seventh), Stacy Compton (eighth), David Starr (ninth) and Kyle Busch (10th) also
posted top-10 finishes for Toyota.

- Tundra drivers Brian Scott (12th), Terry Cook (13th), T.J. Bell (15th), Timothy Peters (17th), Todd Bodine (18th) and
Caitlin Shaw (24th) were also in the field.

“I could’ve hit him — I ain’t made like that. Ronnie (Hornaday) is a friend of mine. He might’ve done it to me but it’s all
right. When I shave in the morning I’ll like who I see. I had a great Tundra with EXIDE Batteries. Start positive, stay
positive. I don’t want to give a negative energy because we finished second. I don’t like to finish second any more than
anybody else does but it was a good night. It was a good points night. We led a couple laps and I just can’t thank EXIDE
Batteries, Toyota and all of my sponsors. We’ve just had a great relationship for many, many years with a lot of people. We
still have a lot of fire under our belly. We’re not throwing in the towel.”

Do you have a lot of momentum with back-to-back runner-up finishes?

“Eric Phillips (crew chief) is doing one heck of a job. This team is way underfunded for — we’re very grateful for the sponsors
that we have — but we’re running on six cylinders. When we get them other two cylinders and get up to eight cylinders like
everybody else we’re going to be okay.”

Were you experiencing any problems with your Tundra?

“We’ve had brake problems with this Tundra in every short track race and tonight was no exception. We just slowed down
and we got passed. When I broke my rhythm I burnt the right front off the truck and we just couldn’t get out of the way at that
point in time.

Eric Phillips (crew chief) once again did a fantastic job calling the race. Tim Fedewa (spotter) came and
spotted for us tonight and he did a great job. We just got beat — what can I say? Our Tundra was awesome. We had some
brake problems and right there at the end the caution kept coming out. If the thing stays green with those four fresh Goodyear
tires it wouldn’t even have been a contest but every time we’d catch them, the caution would come out and they’d cool their
tires back down.”

Did it affect you at all when the white flag came out a lap early?

“That was weird. I’d like to do it over. I’d like to have it over. I think what hurt us more than anything was all of the
cautions at the end because we had the four fresh tires and we were coming a half-a-second a lap and then the caution would
come out and then we were only two-tenths. Then when we caught Ron (Hornaday) I would’ve had to move him to beat him
and I just wasn’t going to do that. If that respect don’t come back somewhere then I’ll stretch somebody’s neck at another
time.”

Aric Almirola

ARIC ALMIROLA, No. 15 Red Top AA Toyota Tundra, Billy Ballew Motorsports

Finishing Position: 3rd

Can you talk about your race tonight?

“We had a great truck. We started the race 17th tonight and drove up to sixth and the first caution came out and we were,
‘Pit? Don’t Pit? Pit? Don’t Pit?’ So we stayed out and I thought we were fine. We rode around in sixth there for a while and
I don’t know if we had a right-front (tire) going down or what but all of a sudden we couldn’t go. We went from being right
with the leaders to not even being able to run in the same ballpark as them.

Once we put new tires on it, it was right back to
the same truck it was. I ran right there with the leaders and was fortunate enough to get a caution and get the ‘lucky dog’ and
we come back in and got four more tires and man, it was just like night and day difference. You could tell everybody who
didn’t have tires. That was fun. It was a lot of fun to race on. It’s a lot of fun when Goodyear brings a tire like that where the
tire really falls off and tires mean a lot.”

Are you happy with your finish after going a lap down early in the race?

“I think we had a right-front tire going down there at the beginning of the race. We got really, really tight and lost a lap and I
was so disappointed but I knew we had a good enough truck to not give up. We came in and got tires and I could keep up with
the leaders there when we were a lap down and we got the ‘lucky dog’ and we came in and got four tires and man, tires were
huge tonight. I’m really proud of Richie Wauters (crew chief) and everybody on this Billy Ballew Motorsports truck tonight.
They give me awesome trucks every week and it’s a lot of fun to race.”

Do you think your truck could’ve made it to the front if you had a few more laps?

“I think so. We were definitely fast enough to win. We just needed some more laps. That caution right there at the end really
hurt us. I was a little bit better than (Dennis) Setzer and he was on the same tires that we were and I was on better tires than
(Ron) Hornaday and (Mike) Skinner. Congrats to (Ron) Hornaday. Four in a row, that’s incredible.”

“It was definitely tight out there. We were tight all day, but the Randy Moss Motorsports team did a great job. I had a lot
of fun, but it was tight, short track racing. Our truck switched through the night. Sometimes we were better through turns
one and two and sometimes we were better through (turns) three and four. It just depended on what tires we had or what
Doug (Wolcott, crew chief) changed on the truck.”

Did you try to change lines to find more speed?

“Yeah, we tried everything. I ran against the wall all the way around and then ran against the grass all the way around.
This is such a tight place and you always try to get the most of your truck. It was a good race, and we’re happy to get a top-
10 at ORP.”

No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota Tundra

STACY COMPTON, No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance Toyota Tundra, Wyler Racing

Finishing Position: 8th

What did your truck need tonight to contend with the race leaders?

“The team has done a great job and every week we come to these short tracks, we’re really fast. We just can’t get the truck
to stay under us long enough. We were one of the fastest trucks in practice and qualified third. We ran up front for a while,
but as soon as the tires get some heat in them, it starts giving up a little bit. This should be our strong suit and I think it is –
we just need to figure out how to make the trucks last a little bit longer. It was a pretty good weekend for us. All things
considered, every week this team keeps growing and getting better. We’re sitting there in the top-three and top-five in
practice and getting good qualifying runs. We’re getting there.”

Can you talk about your race tonight?

“I really have to hand it to all the guys on this Zachry Toyota and HT Motorsports. We had an awesome Toyota Tundra
tonight — we just got a little unlucky. We stayed out during one of the cautions, and the guys that came in for tires really
had the advantage once those cautions came late.

They were really able to drive up through there and we couldn’t hold
them off. I’m happy that we got another top-10 finish for this team, I just hate it that we didn’t finish where I think we
could’ve, but that’s how it goes here in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. We got beat fair and square, so we’ll
work hard this week and get them at Nashville.”

What happened in the incident with Colin Braun?

“The deal with Colin (Braun), he was outside me. But, there’s a certain point where you have to know, ‘I’m not far enough
outside this guy to stay out here, because exactly what happened will happen. He doesn’t have a lot of experience and he’s
passing a guy for second and he was going for it. Unfortunately, you just have to know when you’re up far enough to take the
position and he wasn’t. All he had to do was keep working me and he probably would’ve passed me. It’s a racing deal. I’m
not going to be mad about it. I’m not going to take a swing at him. He’s a good kid. He’s a really good driver and I consider
him a friend. It’s just racing, don’t worry about it.”
