Last Race Recap
- The No. 92 BTS Tire and Wheel Distributors/fleetHQ.com team qualified 26th for the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway two weeks ago. The team brought home a 17h place finish after running around the 10th position all night. The finish was the team’s sixth top-20 finish in seven races in 2011.
Camping World Truck Series Points:
- Rogers remains in eighth in the NCWTS points, 65 points behind leader Cole Whitt. Rogers finds himself seven points behind seventh-place James Beuscher and ahead of ninth-place Parker Kligerman, who is also 65 points behind the leader, by virtue of a higher finishing position.
Clay Rogers quotes:
On Charlotte: “We were loose all weekend. The truck just kept running away from us and we couldn’t get caught up.
“We ran well in traffic and were good on restarts. The truck just got looser on the longer runs. There at the end, we had to come in and tighten the truck up, we just didn’t adjust the truck enough to move back up through the field.”
On racing at Kansas: “We’ve been battling a lack of information all year. We just don’t have the data that some of these other teams have, but going to Kansas and Texas at least we are going to be on a tire that we have used this year, so that will help.”
