HScott Motorsports Owner, Harry Scott, Stands Next to the No. 51 BRANDT Chevrolet Driven by Justin Allgaier Name change effective immediately SPARTANBURG, S.C. (February 5, 2014) - Harry Scott Jr. announced today that Phoenix Racing has been renamed HScott Motorsports. The rebranding of the team comes five months after Scott purchased the team from James Finch.
