(November 7, 2011) – This Saturday, Kenny Wallace stared his 520th NASCAR Nationwide Series race, the most of any driver in the history of the series. In an exciting day for RAB Racing, Wallace ran competitively all race long remaining in the Top-15 for the majority of the 200 lap event.

After the green flag flew in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway, Wallace secured a lasting spot in history and surpassed his friend Jason Keller to set the record. The two drivers have surprisingly similar NNS records, both with an average finishing position of 16.7. The start was even more personal to Wallace as he dedicated it to his father, Russ Wallace, and had Russ’ name in place of his own over the window.

Making the second of two trips to the “Lone Star State” during the 2011 season, Wallace piloted the No. 09 G-Oil Toyota Camry to an 18th place starting position. He climbed through the field throughout the day and even passed Justin Allgaier in the last corner of the last lap to secure a 13th place finishing position. Wallace continues to occupy the seventh position in the NASCAR Nationwide Series driver points standings.

Wallace and RAB Racing will remain out west, as they travel to Phoenix International Raceway for the Wypall 200. Live coverage begins Saturday, November 12th, at 3:30PM EST on ESPN2 and on PRN at 3:00PM EST.

Post-Race Notes & Quotes

Texas Motor Speedway – November 5, 2011

- Denny Hamlin (second) was the highest finishing Toyota driver in Saturday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race at Texas Motor Speedway.

- Camry driver Joey Logano (eighth) also earned a top-10 finish in the 350-mile event.

- Kenny Wallace (13th) set a NNS record by making his 520th-career series start in Saturday’s race.

- Other Toyota drivers in the field included Brian Scott (12th), Steve Wallace (18th), Michael Annett (20th) and Joe Nemechek (21st).

- Four Camry drivers are among the top-10 in the unofficial NNS driver point standings — K. Wallace (seventh), Scott (eighth), S. Wallace (ninth) and Annett (10th).

DENNY HAMLIN, No. 18 Z-Line Designs Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing

Finishing Position: 2nd

What happened on the final restart?

“Yeah, we didn’t get the best restart there and those guys on the outside line really had an advantage and they were able to
pull us and just took us that long to get back to them. Took a long time to get this car where I felt like I wanted it and at the
end we had a car that could contend for a win and that’s all you can ask for.”

What is it like jumping in a car for the first time on race day?

“It was a tough day. It’s very tough to get into someone’s car. Any of these drivers that have been in someone else’s car at one moment or time during testing and it’s just — when things don’t fit, you’re exactly right and we have such a different stature and size and everything like that and driving style, it’s hard to make it work. But, we worked through it and by the end of the day we had a car that was capable of winning. We’ll take that.”

When did you find out you were going to race in today’s event?

“This morning, you know last night, this morning it was — we figured something was going on. I just got in the car this morning just in case and got fitted for it and that was it.”

What is your reaction to NASCAR’s actions today?

“It’s a tough spot. I think we’ve seen stuff like that. If you read my Twitter account, I think that what happened last night happened a lot last week and it’s happened all year, but obviously the stakes are a little higher when you have a championship contender and speeds are up and it’s under caution. All those things I think formulated into it and I feel like NASCAR felt probably a little pressure from fans and things like that to make a decision and they made what they thought was correct. It’s tough for everyone at Joe Gibbs Racing because I know that the whole No. 18 team works extremely hard to get to the position that they’re in and to have a chance at a good finishing points position kind of taken away at the end, it’s
tough for them. It’s tough for everyone at Gibbs.”

Will you think twice before dumping somebody in the future?

“I don’t know really where the line is. Like I said, there’s not much different than what happened last week. There was a lot of incidents very, very similar that took guys out and things like that. I’m still — I don’t know where the line is. It’s not going to be a defined line — it’s going to be their judgment call and what they say goes. We’ve got to realize that if we make a decision, a bad decision and decide to retaliate it could be, our future could be in NASCAR’s hands. We have to realize that.”

Would you race more Nationwide Series races this year if asked?

“I’ll do whatever I need to do. Obviously running his truck last week and his car this week — I’ll do whatever it takes to fill in the gaps where need be. We’ll just go from here.”

How will not having Kyle Busch in Sunday’s race affect you?

“It changes the complexion for us because he’s one of the guys I use every weekend for information and help tune our race car. Obviously Michael (McDowell) is in a tough spot trying to just get in that race car and go racing and be competitive. We obviously rely a lot on the information that we get from our other two crew chiefs and drivers. With one kind of being a big variable now, you kind of have to take it with a grain of salt. We’ll have to figure things out and kind of do it on our own for the most part this week.”

JOEY LOGANO, No. 20 GameStop Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing

Finishing Position: 8th

How was your race today?

“Terrible. It sucked. We ran like crap. We were just sideways all day — really loose no matter what we did. Tried to make it better and as we tightened it up, we just killed the aero platform, which takes overall grip away, so even balanced right we were still slow. It was frustrating.”

BRIAN SCOTT, No. 11 Shore Lodge Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing

Finishing Position: 12th

How was your race today?

“I thought we had just an okay day. We ran just top-10 most the day — a little bit outside of it. We used pit stops to try to make our car better. We kind of went the wrong direction on one of them when we first put stickers on and we learned from it. We made some adjustment and I thought we were going to have a good day. Just so-so. (Elliott) Sadler moved up on us on the last pit stop and caved in our left front fender and we fell back a couple of positions and finished 12th, which should have been a top-10 day. Overall, just kind of nothing spectacular and nothing disastrous. Just had a day.”

KENNY WALLACE, No. 09 G-Oil Camry, RAB Racing

Finishing Position: 13th

How was your race today?

“It was a decent race. It wasn’t a bad race by any means. For my 520th start, you want to have a competitive race. You don’t want to embarrass yourself, so 13th was okay. You know we’re really working hard on staying seventh in the points racing Brian Scott and my nephew, Steven (Wallace). A lot of emotion was put in to that last restart to get my lap back. Took some chances and it worked out and 13th is okay. It’s not great, but it’s okay and move on to Phoenix now and end this year in the next couple of races.”

How do you feel about breaking the NNS starts record with 520 starts?

“Well, I’ve been consistent in all of my comments and I haven’t been ‘wishy-washy.’ I still am thankful for my 10 years in the Cup Series with 344 starts. I’m learning all these stats now. To have been able to make a living my whole life has been a dream come true. It’s no different than in the media center I see a lot of you here and I’ve seen y’all come and I’ve seen you go and I’ve very grateful to have come out of Arnold, Missouri and if you would have told me that you can make a living in NASCAR and that’s all you’re ever going to do — I mean, I’ve made a living driving a race car my whole life and it looks like I will retire racing cars for a living. That’s perspective that I can put it into. I’m thrilled to death. I’m grateful to all the car owners that have given me rides and I’m really excited about today’s race. We’ve got a points battle going on for the seventh spot and it’s been like that my whole career, all types of little races.”

STEVE WALLACE, No. 66 5-Hour Energy, Rusty Wallace Racing

Finishing Position: 18th

MICHAEL ANNETT, No. 62 Pilot Flying J Camry, Rusty Wallace Racing

Finishing Position: 20th

JOE NEMECHEK, No. 87 NEMCO Motorsports Camry, NEMCO Motorsports

Finishing Position: 21st

The Virginia-native started 11th and led twice for 58 laps (of 500). His Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) teammate, Kyle Busch, led the field four times for a race-high 126 laps (of 500), but finished 27th after being involved in an accident at the paperclip-shaped short track. Martin Truex Jr. (eighth) also earned a top-10 result. In Saturday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race, Hamlin claimed his first NCWTS victory in 12 career series starts, le ading 68 laps (of 200). The win enabled Hamlin to become just the 23rd driver in NASCAR history to win races in all three of NASCAR’s national touring series.

CHASE RACE SEVEN: Sunday’s NSCS race at Martinsville Speedway was the seventh of 10 races in the 2011 Chase for the Sprint Cup championship playoff. Camry drivers Busch and Hamlin are both competing in this year’s Chase. Busch’s 27th-place result at Martinsville dropped the Camry driver one position in the standings to seventh. Busch is now 57 points back from leader Carl Edwards. Hamlin’s fifth-place finish cut four points into the point lead — he now sits 80 points behind the leader — and he ranks 11th in the standings with three races remaining this season.

TWICE IN TEXAS: Camry driver Hamlin is the defending fall race winner at Texas Motor Speedway and his November 2010 victory completed a season sweep at the track, after he also won the April race. The speedy Texas track is one of Hamlin’s favorite facilities and the Camry driver has the second best average finish (9.3) among active drivers at Texas Motor Speedway. In 12 Texas starts, Hamlin has two wins, eight top-10 finishes and has led 131 laps.

LONE STAR LOCAL: Texas-native and 2000 NSCS champion Bobby Labonte returns to his ‘home’ track for the second time with JTG-Daugherty Racing and looks to improve on his 25th-place finish from the April race. Originally from Corpus Christi, Labonte has competed in the NSCS since 1991 and the 47-year-old racer has collected 21 victories in over 600 starts. It was recently announced that Labonte will again compete for the team in 2012 with new crew chief Todd Berrier.

WALLACE REACHES RECORD: NASCAR veteran and Camry driver Kenny Wallace will break the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) record for most career series starts at Texas Motor Speedway when he starts his 520th race. Wallace made his first start in the NNS in 1988 and has gone on to collect nine wins and 170 top-10 finishes during his lengthy NASCAR career. The St. Louis-native has also experienced a resurgence this season and ranks in the top-10 in series points for the first time in five years. Wallace’s team, RAB Racing, is the only single-car organization in the top-10 in the NNS point standings and he is currently seventh in the standings.

TRAMPLING THROUGH TEXAS: Whenever the NNS visits Texas, Busch is usually in contention for a win at the 1.5- mile track. Busch recorded five consecutive NNS victories at Texas from 2008 through 2010 and has led the most NNS circuits in track history with 1,187 laps led — more than twice as many as the next closest competitor. In 13 NNS starts in Texas, Busch has the most wins (5) at the track and has finished in the top-10 on 11 occasions.

NOTES, QUOTES & NUMBERS

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS): Since the start of the 2011 season, Toyota drivers have combined for five victories, 36 top-five results, 71 top-10 finishes and have led 2,454 laps … Denny Hamlin will join FedEx and the American Red Cross at Cross Timbers Middle School in Grapevine, Texas, on Thursday to teach children how to prepare for emergencies … FedEx will donate $10,000 to the North Texas Region of the American Red Cross and a portion of the donation will be used to build emergency kits at the event to send to areas and families in need as part of the FedEx ‘Race to Prepare’ program.

BOBBY LABONTE, No. 47 Wounded Warrior Project Toyota Camry, JTG-Daugherty Racing

Do you enjoy racing in your home state of Texas? “Texas is a great place to go. For me to go home there and — well, not really see too many people that I know because they all kind of moved to North Carolina — but see a few people that will come out to the event for us to see the race. We have a lot of good memories at Texas and always look forward to it. It’s a great track to go to. It’s a lot of fun. It’s one of those tracks that I think the age that it has on it — the racing surface and the tires that we have — it lends to really good racing usually. You go fast for qualifying, but the speeds will slow down enough in the race to make a good race out of it.”

DENNY HAMLIN, No. 11 FedEx Office Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing

Are you looking forward to racing at Texas? “Texas has been a great race track for me and my career. When I go there, we’re going to have a little bit more confidence in what we did than other race tracks. It’s always been a good one. I have some friends and family that live out there so it’s always a homecoming type race.”

DAVE ROGERS, crew chief, No. 18 M&M’s Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing

How do you put Martinsville in perspective? “In life you have to go through tests and last year we were in the Chase and we had a number of tests come our way and quite frankly, we didn’t handle them that well. I think that as a team, we’ve handled a lot of tests this year really well, but none in the Chase. Now the Chase comes and we’ve been dealt a lot of tests and I’m really proud of how this team has handled it. I haven’t seen people bow their heads. I haven’t seen people complaining. I haven’t seen Kyle (Busch) get frustrated. We just go to the race track and work as hard as we can. (Martinsville) is another one of those tests and it clearly hurts any realistic shot at winning a championship this year. There’s still a chance — we won’t give up, but realistically we know it’s over. But in the end — a year from now, two years from now, 10 years from now — this will make us better people and a better race team and that’s how you go forward.”

NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS): During the 2011 season, Toyota drivers have combined for 10 wins, 35 top-five results, 78 top-10 finishes and have led 1,604 laps … Kenny Wallace (seventh) is the top Toyota driver in the NNS point standings … Brian Scott (eighth), Steve Wallace (ninth) and Michael Annett (10th) are also in the top-10 …The NNS returns to the track after two scheduled off weekends … GameStop, the primary sponsor of the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Camry at Texas, is based in nearby Grapevine … As part of its NASCAR sponsorship, GameStop works with vendors to showcase a different video game at each race and ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3′ will be featured on the No. 20 Camry in Texas.

KENNY WALLACE, No. 09 G-Oil Toyota Camry, RAB Racing

How special will it be to set the NNS career starts record? “When I was a little kid growing up in Arnold, Missouri, if you would have told me that I was to be able to race in NASCAR my whole life, I would have considered that wishful thinking and a dream. My 520th Nationwide start has been a dream.”

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS): Since the start of the 2011 NCWTS season, Tundra drivers have registered nine wins, 34 top-five results, 70 top-10 finishes and have led 1,111 laps … After 23 races, Timothy Peters (fifth) is the top Toyota driver in the NCWTS points standings … Tundra drivers Todd Bodine (sixth), Brendan Gaughan (11th) and David Starr (13th) are also in the top-15 in the points … Bodine and Gaughan have the most NCWTS wins in Texas with six and four, respectively … Tundra drivers have captured nine victories at Texas Motor Speedway, the most at any track, and the Tundra is fittingly made at nearby Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Texas (TMMTX) … Located in San Antonio, TMMTX opened in 2006 and produces both the Tundra and Tacoma pickup trucks, employing about 2,000 team members … Kyle Busch Motorsports’ (KBM) front tire changer, Pedro Martinez Jr., is a San Antonio-native … Ivan ‘The Ironman’ Stewart, a 10-time off-road racing champion, will attend the Texas Motor Speedway race weekend and will be giving rides at the Toyota Ride & Drive Center … Traxxas the primary sponsor of the No. 18 KBM Tundra at Texas, is based in nearby Plano, Texas … Traxxas recently released a 1/16 scale R/C replica of the No. 18 Tundra … 10-year old Gabe-Bridges Aldridge of Justin, Texas was selected as a winner in the “Riding Shotgun with Kyle Busch Motorsports” essay contest and will be featured on the No. 18 Tundra at Texas Motor Speedway.

BRENDAN GAUGHAN, No. 62 International Trucks / Monaco RV Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing

Why have you been so successful at Texas Motor Speedway? “It’s been a few years since we’ve been really good there. If I knew what made us so good back then, I would have put in a bottle and kept it. We had a bunch of great years. The rules were way different. The teams had more ability to actually be race teams and we tested and we got great at mile-and-a-halfs. My family loves Texas. It’s always a big race for us. Probably the biggest race for my family, besides Vegas. My mother and father have a ranch about 30 miles from the race track. We do a lot in the rodeo business. ‘Tuff’ Hedeman (four-time professional bull riding champion and president of Championship Bull Riding) shows up at the race track with us and a lot of the old, famous cowboys always hang out with us. When we come to Texas, we always have a little swagger and I’d like to make it work.”

TODD BODINE, No. 5 Big Red Toyota Tundra, Randy Moss Motorsports

Why have you been so successful at Texas Motor Speedway? “The first thing is you’ve got to have a good truck and (Mike Hillman) Jr. has always had good trucks there and we handle really well. You’ve got to have some luck too and we’ve had luck there. We had a bad carburetor and still won the race. You’ve got to have everything at Texas and we’re just good there.”

But his time in NASCAR may not last much longer.

Wallace said Wednesday at Charlotte Motor Speedway he’s “exhausted trying to find money” from sponsors in what seems like a never-ending battle to fund his race cars. As such, the 48-year-old is unsure whether he’ll continue driving in NASCAR past the end of next season.

“I literally go to the boardrooms myself (to talk to potential sponsors),” Wallace said. “Hell, I spent $35 grand on my own DVD to present myself to these people. Every sponsor you see on those (RAB Racing) cars right now, I’ve got by myself. And I’m exhausted.”

All of Wallace’s current sponsors have told him they’re on board through 2012, he said, but there’s room for more. He publicly asked for a sponsor to help him keep racing.

“I love driving that race car,” he said. “Driving that race car is the funnest thing I ever do. … I’m just completely exhausted trying to find $100,000 to $150,000 a race.”

Race 31 of 34: Dollar General 300 Miles of Courage at Charlotte Motor Speedway

Event Info: Friday, October 14, 2011, live on ESPN 2 and PRN at 7:30PM

The fans have spoken… This weekend, veteran driver Kenny Wallace will pilot the No. 09 “Thank You Fans” Toyota Camry in the Dollar General 300 Miles of Courage at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Die-hard “Hermanator” fans supported him by pledging $20 to see their name on the RAB Racing machine. Fans will get up close and personal with the fan car tomorrow night as the Kenny Wallace Fan Club hosts an exclusive event at RAB Racing for the people who put their name on the car. Supporters will get to participate in a meet-and-greet with Wallace and see the newly-wrapped car! In addition to fan support, the University of Northwestern Ohio will be featured on the hood for the memorable event. For more information, please visit www.kennywallace.com

Time to “Dash 4 Cash”… Not only did Kenny Wallace post his first top five in three years in the Virginia 529 College Savings 250 at Richmond International Raceway, but he qualified for the final Nationwide Insurance Dash 4 Cash contest. This weekend, Wallace along with three other NNS drivers will compete for $100,000! The highest finisher in the Dollar General 300 Miles of Courage will win. Fans can play along at NASCAR.com.

Counting down… On Saturday, November 5th at Texas Motor Speedway, Kenny Wallace will make his 520th NASCAR Nationwide Series career-start. After the green flag flies in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge, Wallace will set the record for most NASCAR Nationwide Series starts by any driver. Wallace, who will make his 519th start this Friday at Charlotte Motor Speedway, will tie Jason Keller for most NNS starts and soon secure a lasting spot in Nationwide Series history. The two drivers have surprisingly similar NNS records, both with an average finishing position of 16.7.

Charlotte Details…

· Wallace competed in his first Nationwide Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 27, 1989, where he took both the green and checked flags from the 12th position.

· Since 1989, Wallace has competed in 33 NNS events at Charlotte, accumulating seven top-10 finishes, with a career-best seventh place finish driving for his brother, Rusty Wallace, in 1991.

· In addition to Nationwide Series racing, Wallace has competed in 22 Sprint Cup Series events at the 1.5-mile quad-oval track.

· RAB Racing makes its sixth appearance at Charlotte Motor Speedway since first joining the Nationwide Series in 2008.

He has posted an impressive 1 Top-5, 11 Top-10’s and 25 Top-20’s. Wallace holds steady at seventh for the 19th consecutive week and RAB Racing continues to occupy 13th position in the NNS owner standings.

Support the Cause… October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Charlotte Motor Speedway is showing its support by dedicating Friday night’s race to the cause. A portion of the ticket sales will go to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Teams will have pink throughout the pits and even on the track! Fans can show their support by wearing pink to the racetrack.

Through 29 Races … With 29 races of the 2011 season in the record books, Wallace has accumulated two top-five, five top 10 and 14 top-15 finishes, an average starting position of 13.3 and an average finish of 16th. Wallace has completed 98.1 percent of the laps contested (5,293 of 5,397) thus far.

With five races remaining in the 2011 season, Wallace trails seventh-place driver Kenny Wallace by 26 markers, and holds a four-point advantage over ninth-place contender Brian Scott.

Wallace at Kansas … In five NASCAR Nationwide Series starts at Kansas Speedway, Wallace has recorded two top-15 finishes. His best finish at the 1.5-mile oval is 11th, which he posted when the series last raced there in October 2010. Additionally, Wallace has one start in ARCA Series competition at Kansas, which resulted in a fifth-place finish in July 2006.

Welcome Aboard … 5-Hour Energy Racing welcomes QuickTrip as a partner for this weekend’s race at Kansas Speedway. QuickTrip branding will adorn the TV panel of Wallace’s No. 66 Toyota in Saturday afternoon’s race.

Rusty Wallace Racing at Kansas … In nine combined NASCAR Nationwide Series starts at the 1.5-mile Midwest oval, Rusty Wallace Racing has earned just one top-10 finish, coming in October 2010 when Brendan Gaughan drove the No. 62 Toyota to a ninth-place finish in the Kansas Lottery 300. Rusty Wallace Racing entries have completed 1,577 of the 1,800 (87.6 percent) laps contested in those events.

Rusty Wallace Racing Toyotas have completed 11,625 of 12,019 laps attempted, and have been atop the leaderboard for 19 laps with drivers Michael Annett, Jason Bowles, David Reutimann and Steve Wallace.

The Battle For Best in Class … Rusty Wallace Racing’s 14th-place position in the NASCAR Nationwide Series owner point standings is second-best among full-time, non-cup affiliated teams. Wallace’s No. 66 entry trails RAB Racing, currently ranked 13th, by 26 points.

“The mile-and-a-half tracks have been a struggle for our 5-Hour Energy team this year, but Doug Randolph and all the guys have been working hard on aero stuff and we feel like we’ve made some gains. They cut the sides off this car on Monday and applied some things they learned in the wind tunnel, so we feel pretty confident that we’ll have a better package this time out. I enjoy racing at Kansas Speedway, and heading there knowing that we’ve made some gains really gives us something to look forward to.” - Steve Wallace on racing at Kansas Speedway

(October 3, 2011) – RAB Racing with Brack Maggard traveled to Dover International Speedway this Saturday to compete in the OneMain Financial 200. Though the No. 09 Federated Auto Parts Toyota Camry was fast in final practice, a relatively caution-free race made it difficult for the team to advance positions after being caught on pit road during a caution.

Back after an off-weekend, driver Kenny Wallace piloted the No. 09 Federated Auto Parts Toyota Camry to a solid 8th place position on the speed charts in final NASCAR Nationwide Series practice. Wallace’s speed was reaffirmed in qualifying when he posted the 10th fastest qualifying effort.

After the green flag flew over the “Monster Mile”, Wallace brought the car to pit road for a few adjustments. Re-emerging in 18th position, Wallace powered the No. 09 Toyota Camry through the field to 14th by midrace, running laps comparable to the top five at that time.

Unfortunately, the caution flag flew during a routine green-flag pit stop on Lap 156 putting the No. 09 a lap down with 40 laps to go. Wallace returned to the racetrack in the 16th position with three cars in front of him also down a lap. The race concluded caution-free, providing no opportunity for Wallace to gain his lap back. The No. 09 finished in the 16th position.

With only five events remaining on the 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule, Wallace heads to Kansas solidly inside the top-10 in the NNS driver point standings in seventh position. The No. 09 holds steady at 13th in the NNS owner point standings.

Wallace and RAB Racing will join the NASCAR Nationwide Series next at Kansas Speedway on Saturday, October 8th, to tough it out over 300 miles in the Kansas Lottery 200. Live coverage begins at 3:30PM EST on ESPN 2 and 3:00PM ET on MRN.

Last Time Out … Wallace was plagued with handling issues for most of the Dollar General 300 at Chicagoland Speedway when the Nationwide Series last competed two weeks ago, but his Doug Randolph-led 5-Hour Energy team’s never-quit attitude afforded the 24-year-old driver an 18th-place finish.

“I always look forward to racing at Dover. It’s an extremely fast track, it feels like you’re literally flying off into the corners. It’s an extremely narrow track, and you get a little bit of tunnel vision as the race goes on. We’ve ran well at Dover, but don’t have the finishes to really show for it, but we’ll try to get that fixed this weekend.” – Steve Wallace on racing at Dover International Speedway

Team: RAB Racing with Brack Maggard

Car: No. 09 Family Farmers Toyota Camry

Race 28 of 34: Dollar General 300 at Chicagoland Speedway

Event Info: Saturday, September 17th, 2011, live on ESPN 2 at 3:30PM EST and MRN at 3:00PM EST

Windy City Win… RAB Racing with Brack Maggard and Kenny Wallace will head to Chicagoland Speedway to compete in the Dollar General 300 this Saturday. This is the second stop for NASCAR’s Nationwide Series in Illinois this season which serves as home to many of the farm families and agribusinesses that make up Family Famers, the sponsor of the No. 09 Toyota Camry. In the STP 300 earlier this season at Chicagoland, Wallace brought home a respectable seventh-place finish. On the heels of his fifth-place finish last weekend at Richmond, Wallace and RAB Racing are hoping to ride the momentum all the way to Victory Lane Saturday.

Keeping Tabs… As we continue on the downhill slope of the 2011 NNS schedule, Kenny Wallace has become a fixture in the driver point standings top-10. He has posted an impressive 1 Top-5, 11 Top-10’s and 22 Top-20’s and, in only 4 more races, will hold the title of most NNS starts. Because Wallace was one of the top four highest-finishing Nationwide Series drivers Friday night, he has also qualified for the Nationwide Insurance Dash 4 Cash at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Wallace holds steady at seventh for the 18th consecutive week and RAB Racing continues to occupy 13th position in the NNS owner standings.

Chicagoland Details…

· Although Wallace is one of the most experienced drivers in the Nationwide Series, he has only 12 combined starts in NASCAR’s top-two divisions at Chicagoland.

· In ten NNS races at Chicagoland, Wallace’s best finish and only Top-10 came with RAB Racing earlier this season.

· RAB Racing will make its fourth appearance at the 1.5-mile “Windy City” track.

Welcome Back… This weekend at Chicagoland Speedway, Family Farmers returns as primary sponsor on the No. 09 Toyota Camry. Family Farmers is a multi-state coalition of farmers and agribusiness headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois. Participants in the Family Farmer coalition to date include the Illinois Corn Marketing Board (ICMB), the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) and the Missouri Corn Merchandising Council (MCMC). To learn more about Family Farmers, please visit www.ilcorn.org.

The “fans” have spoken… Wallace will drive the No. 09 Toyota Camry supported by fans from around the world in October’s Nationwide Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Though the deadline has passed to sponsor Kenny’s car, there is still more! Anyone who has placed their name on the Fan Car can order a Fan Car T-shirt. RAB Racing will be holding an open house on October 12th for fans to come see the wrapped car with their names on it! In addition to fan support, the University of Northwestern Ohio will be featured on the hood for the memorable event. (September 12, 2011) – Kenny Wallace earned his first top-five and his best finish of the season in Friday night’s Virginia 529 College Savings 250 at Richmond International Raceway. A three-time NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) winner at the famed Virginia short-track, Wallace and RAB Racing with Brack Maggard expected no less than a top-five finishing position after contending with the leaders and Sprint Cup Series regulars for the majority of the 250-lap event.

Sporting the Federated Auto Parts paint scheme for the fifth time this season, Wallace and the RAB Racing team proved they had the speed to contend for a win posting the third fastest practice speed. This momentum carried over into qualifying and the team earned a solid fifth place starting position. By Lap 10, Wallace was running faster laps than the leader and by Lap 40 he was turning the fastest laps in the field. Radio communication between the team confirmed how well the car was handling and how motivated Wallace was.

Though the No. 09 Federated Auto Parts Toyota Camry got caught behind a slow car after a pit stop on Lap 70 and emerged in eighth, it didn’t take Wallace long to power the car back through the field and to a fifth place finishing position.

Because Wallace was one of the top four highest-finishing Nationwide Series drivers, he qualified for the Dash 4 Cash at Charlotte Motor Speedway. If he is the highest finisher amongst the four eligible drivers in the Dollar General 300 Miles of Courage, he will be awarded a $100,000 bonus! This will only add to the excitement of the weekend as Wallace will be piloting the fan-sponsored No. 09 Toyota Camry.

NASCAR’s Nationwide Series heads north this weekend to the Windy City for the Dollar General 300 at Chicagoland Speedway. Live coverage begins Saturday, September 17th at 3:30PM ET on ESPN2 and 3:00PM ET on MRN.

Event Info: Friday, September 9, 2011, Live on ESPN 2 at 7:30PM EST and MRN at 7:15PM EST

Rumble in Richmond… This week, RAB Racing with Brack Maggard and Kenny Wallace will cross the Virginia state line en route to Richmond International Raceway (RIR) to compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) College Savings 250 on Friday night. Making its second appearance in 2011 on the NNS circuit, Wallace and RAB Racing are confident in their abilities at RIR. Earlier this season, Wallace qualified seventh and ran in the Top 5 at this track for the majority of the night. Though a late race penalty cost them a top finishing position, the team heads to Virginia self-assured.

Keeping Tabs… As we venture further into the second half of the 2011 NNS schedule, Kenny Wallace has become a fixture in the driver point standings top-10. He has posted an impressive 10 Top-10’s and 21 Top 20’s and, in only 5 more races, will hold the title of most NNS starts. Wallace holds steady at seventh for the 17th consecutive week and Robby Benton continues to occupy 13th position in the NNS owner standings.
Richmond Details…

· At 48, Wallace has competed in 58 total events at Richmond International Raceway throughout his career in NASCAR’s top-three racing divisions.
· The College Savings 250 at Richmond International Raceway will mark Wallace’s 515th NNS start, only 5 away from the most NNS starts of any driver.

· During his career, Wallace has completed every NNS race he has started on the .75-mile D-shaped oval track, accumulating three wins, nine top-5 and 17 top-10 finishes.

· RAB Racing with Brack Maggard will make its fifth start in the Nationwide Series this weekend at RIR.

· RAB Racing engineer, Cliff Daniels, returns to his home state this week. A native of Smithfield, Virginia, Daniels is no stranger to racing, growing up only an hour from RIR and having himself competed in several racing divisions including bandoleros, legends and late models.

Welcome Back… This weekend at Richmond International Raceway, Federated Auto Parts returns as the primary sponsor on the No. 09 Toyota Camry. Headquartered in Staunton, Virginia, Federated Auto Parts is one of the largest auto parts distributors and marketing organizations in North America. Formed in 1985, Federated Auto Parts has now become the fastest growing auto parts distribution network in the nation. Presently there are over 3,800 Federated Auto Parts stores nationwide and that number is growing.
Car: Kenny Wallace, No. 09 G-Oil Toyota Camry

Race 26 of 34: Great Clips 300 at Atlanta Motor Speedway

Event Info: Saturday, September 3, 2011, live on ESPN2 at 7:30PM EST and MRN at 7:00PM EST

Georgia on my Mind… RAB Racing with Brack Maggard and Kenny Wallace will travel to Atlanta Motor Speedway for their first time together to compete in the Great Clips 300 Saturday night. For the second week in a row, the NASCAR Nationwide Series will compete under the lights and we are certain to see “real racing, real fast”. Though it is Labor Day weekend, the team will nonetheless be working hard to get to Victory Lane at one of the fastest tracks on the circuit.

Keeping Tabs… After posting the second highest practice speed and qualifying in the fourth position, a 36th place finish in Bristol Motor Speedway’s Food City 250 was a tough pill to swallow. RAB Racing and Wallace, however, are encouraged by the quality of their equipment leaving Bristol. Though debris on the track was the culprit of the poor finishing position, they are motivated to redeem themselves at Atlanta. With only nine races left in the season, Wallace has accrued a respectable 10 Top-10s and 20 Top-20s. He still holds the seventh position in the driver standings and the No. 09, owned by Robby Benton, remains in the 13th position in the owner standings.

Atlanta Motor Speedway Details…

· Wallace has competed in 12 Nationwide Series events at Atlanta Motor Speedway with an average finishing position of 20.3.

· He has competed in 20 Sprint Cup Series races here with an average finishing position of 28 and has led 18 laps.

· This race will mark Wallace’s 514th Nationwide Series start, only 6 away from the most Nationwide Series starts of any driver.

· RAB Racing will make its third appearance at the 1.5-mile Hampton, GA track.

Farm Progress… Kenny Wallace and members of RAB Racing will travel to Illinois this week to attend the 2011 Farm Progress Show. Marked as the greatest agricultural showcase, it is the nation’s largest outdoor farm show. Wallace and his 7th-place finishing No. 09 Family Farmers Toyota Camry from Chicagoland will be at the Illinois Corn Growers Tent Wednesday to spotlight American ethanol and ethanol-blended fuel, as well as participate in a meet and greet with fans.

Back for More… The RAB Racing Toyota Camry will be “going green” this Saturday night as Green Earth Technologies and its G-OIL brand return to sponsor the No. 09 for the third time this season. Sporting the green and white paint scheme, G-OIL will once again be featured on the RAB Racing Toyota Camry driven by Wallace.

The “fans” have spoken… Thursday, September 1st is the last day for you to sponsor Kenny’s car! Wallace will drive the No. 09 Toyota Camry supported by fans from around the world in October’s Nationwide Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway. For $20, fans can get their name on Wallace’s No. 09 RAB Racing Toyota Camry and receive a postcard. In addition to fan support, the University of Northwestern Ohio will be featured on the hood for the memorable event.
Event Info: Live race coverage begins at 2:30PM EST on ESPN and 2:00PM EST on MRN

Defending the Title… RAB Racing with Brack Maggard will head to Montreal this weekend to defend their title at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. One year ago, the young team with driver Boris Said fought side-by-side with Max Papis to clinch their first victory. RAB Racing’s affinity for this track, combined with the lessons learned following last weekend’s Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen, give the team confidence that the No. 09 can find its way to Victory Lane here again.

Keeping Tabs… As we continue on the downward slope of the season, RAB Racing and Kenny Wallace are looking to redeem themselves in the NAPA Auto Parts 200 this weekend. Though the team struggled through The Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen finishing a dismal 32nd, their position in NASCAR Nationwide Series standings didn’t waver. Wallace remains at 7th in the driver points standings, while the No. 09 holds steady at 13th in the owner points standings. Wallace is first in NNS laps completed this season with 4,106 (99.11%) and the team has racked up a lofty 10 top-10’s this season. Maintaining this rhythm, Wallace heads to Montreal’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve this weekend for the first time with RAB Racing.

Circuit Gilles Villeneuve Details…

· RAB Racing won last year’s Montreal race with driver Boris Said.

· In 3 starts at the Montreal race track, Wallace has an average start of 35. 0 and an average finish of 20.3.

· Wallace earned his best finish of 13th at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in 2010.

· RAB Racing has competed at Montreal twice with driver Boris Said in 2009 and 2010.

Back for More… The No. 09 Toyota Camry will once again feature the Toyota Racing paint scheme for the fifth time this season. Kenny Wallace will pilot the No. 09 Toyota Racing Toyota Camry in the Napa Auto Parts 200 this Saturday. Wallace has competed at Montreal for the past three seasons, but will be doing so in a Toyota for the first time. Toyota is currently leading the NASCAR Nationwide Series manufacturer points standings. For more information, visit http://www.toyotaracing.com

The “fans” have spoken… Wallace will drive the No. 09 Toyota Camry supported by fans from around the world in October’s Nationwide Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
