Kyle Busch was second fastest with a lap speed of 121.836 mph, followed by David Reutimann and Brad Keselowski with the identical lap speed of 121.682 mph, being recorded third and fourth fastest respectively, and Kasey Kahne (121.628) was the fifth fastest.
Rounding out the top-ten fastest during "Happy Hour" were: Marcos Ambrose (121.566 mph) sixth fastest, Clint Bowyer (121.405) seventh, Martin Truex Jr. (121.328) eighth, Jeff Gordon (121.297) ninth and Jimmie Johnson (121.274) posting the tenth fastest lap speed.
