The 23-year-old Georgian posted three top-17 finishes in the last four races. One of the keys to the flat mile oval is survival—something Sorenson has excelled at over the last year. His 52 race streak without a DNF—did not finish– is the longest non-consecutive streak in Sprint Cup racing.
