Roush Fenway’s Edwards Moves Into Tie for Chase Points Lead

(Oct. 2, 2011) – Roush Fenway Racing’s Carl Edwards and Matt Kenseth finished third and fifth respectively to lead the organization’s strong effort in the AAA 400 Sprint Cup race at Dover International Speedway. Edwards dominated early, leading 116 laps in the race, and used the strong performance to move into a tie for the Sprint Cup points lead. With three of 10 Chase races in the books Kenseth leaves Dover tied for sixth; 14 points out of first. David Ragan and Greg Biffle finished 21st and 27th in the race.
