This was Harvick's fourth series win of the 2014 season, his forty-fourth series career win and his third series win at Chicagoland Speedway. Finishing in second behind Harvick was Kyle Larson, and they were followed to the drop of the checkered flag by Kyle Busch (who led the most laps - 141 out of 200) finishing third, Ryan Blaney fourth and Trevor Bayne finished fifth.
