Busch fell to second-place in the unofficial NSCS point standings after Texas, and is now nine points behind leader Carl Edwards.
Other Toyota drivers in the top-20 in the unofficial NSCS point standings after seven of 36 races include Kahne (16th) and Hamlin (20th).
