CONCORD, NC (May 22, 2012) – Jason White and his GB Racing team once again showed that they are a force to be reckoned with in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series as they charged to a strong sixth place finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After starting near the front of the field for the 134-lap event, a mishap on pit road forced White and his No. 23 JW Demolition / GunBroker.com Ford to the back early in the race but he charged back to the front with a chance to capture his first career victory before settling for a strong sixth place finish in the running of the North Carolina Education Lottery 200.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (May 23, 2012) – NASCAR announced today the 2013 class of inductees into the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The five-person class, which will be officially inducted in a ceremony on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, N.C., consists of Buck Baker, Cotton Owens, Herb Thomas, Rusty Wallace and Leonard Wood.
Members of the 54-member NASCAR Hall of Fame Voting Panel met today in a closed session in Charlotte, N.C., to vote on the induction class of 2013. The announcement was made by NASCAR Chairman and CEO Brian France in the NASCAR Hall of Fame’s “Great Hall.”
